Hello, Anne here to leave a review on this wonderful review day!
First of all, I felt as if your poem was easy for a reader to connect to and overall well written. I have seen some writers use different fonts to get their point across, and this is a pretty good example of a writer who has done it well.
As for advice? In your first stanza, I would get rid of the dots. They distract the reader and in this case, break your flow. If you were to read this out loud, you would see what I mean. I also like how you used the word mother in a sarcastic way at the end of the poem. In a way, this makes the reader feel that much more connected to the speaker in your poem. I do not have much more to say about this poem other than well done. I hope you have a wonderful day and that you keep writing. NEVER let anybody bring you down, especially a parent. Stay wonderful (:

Thanks for the review, it is much appreciated :)

Wow... this is amazing! As Nenchjre said, I’ve seen poets use different fonts to make parts of their poem stand out, but this is just so powerful. The way you used different fonts so much added emphasis to parts of the poem, which is what I think made it so powerful and beautiful.
I also agree with Nenchjre that I like the way you put ‘Mother’ in italics and quotation marks, as if you are saying it sarcastically, like you don’t agree with her and her ways. It’s almost like the person who is meant to be the one who cares about you most, who looks after you, has had a negative impact on your life and has broken you up into pieces.
Overall, I think that as an emotional poem, this is a brilliant success. I hope this helped a little, and keep writing brilliant poems!

Thank you for your kind words! I appreciate it!

Wow...
I've seen people utilize different fonts and sizes to get their message across, but this was powerful. It seems to me that all of the words associated with your pain are manipulated in order to add emphasis to them. Perhaps that it was made this poem so effective. I also like how the word "Mother" is italicized and in quotation marks. It is as if you're saying it sarcastically. As if you're heavily implying that the person who was supposed to foster and care ended up creating a negative impact in your life. In every piece of work, a bit of someone's ego and perspective is placed on that piece. The reason why I thought that this was a great piece is that it actually envokes sympathy. If a piece of literature can cause the occurrence of emotions, then I think it's a success. Even if it is for a brief second.

Thank you! The word "Mother" was definitely emphasized for a more sarcastic tone, and I did try to put as much emotion as possible into the piece.
