In Masters

Yoursaleave.

And just as hearing the festival bells ring when my work is done

now hearing the whistle of the choir in your room. I find you not under

the bed shits as where I found you, in it.

but sitting firmly on your throne

looking

and smiling outwardly

upwardly

And it makes me drown in pride to see it.

Believe me when I say I will

listen when I say I will still speak

only now

I know.

You don't need.

Me?

No, not you

either way, I've found something good

in us, there lies the best of what?

Is left. The troubles of living in the small

time and time again, we complain

when we know we couldn't stand in                                                                            A perfect World.

For each other, if we tried,

we might find some way to improve.

Perhaps

some cracks are meant to show.

Let them

Show them all as our proudest

wounds them.

We've grown

Grown under the piss stained nettles

And helped one another

understand

Things are not

Complicated

The same.

I don't look down

on you, I rely.

I don't envy or

discourage

This diary entry is

of much unimportance.

What is important

that you're responsible for

where I left. The best of

where my mind is
where is my mind?

as we hum along to the Pixies

They tell us what we need to know.
