This was a very enjoyable poem to read and so heartwarming.

I loveeee the rhyme scheme you used for this!! It all just flowed so nicely and It was so easy to read and understand.
I especially relished this beginning stanza. Imagining this scene just feels so warm and almost nostalgic to me.
I also enjoyed the imagery in this and can sense the emotions the narrator feels right through the screen.

That was such an accurate poem about the love people feel for one another! It is focused on comfort instead of passion, which I think is true love. So many love poems don't focus on the feelings, and instead on the desire, and the hope. But this poem focuses on the actual, true, undeniable love for someone else. Love it!!!
