Hi Glimmerglass! This is really striking. This is brilliant!
Haikus are really hard to write. For some reason, most people just can't manage to fit all of their thoughts on a topic into three line sets with a pattern of five syllables on the first line, seven on the second, and five again on the third. It's sort of a strange way to go about thinking. Then, once the writer gets his thoughts in order, he has to deal with how it sounds. It doesn't have to have the best meter, but it needs to roll off of the tongue. And yours does. Great job!
Well, I don't know the rules of Haiku's sooo, anyway!
I like this. It's funny and I like that "Ah!" part.
Your descriptions were good and the ending was fantastic.
Not much else to say, so Write on, and PM me for anything.
