I'm thinking lately, why the world's so brute?
I wanna find the answer and I will go to the roots.
Why there are people self concerned only?
They only they, I bet, make the planet so lonely.
Now even friends aren't friends, they're just so called;
Now again family's not the source of happiness and all.
I guess, now I'll take a stand and you've gotta stand with me
Only you and I can change it while others are constantly fleeing.
So don't look back and don't feel low
You and I gonna make a blow
Let's all go; Let's all go
Let us all find happiness and all.

Greetings AnaMin!
That's not a bad thing though.

Your poem here sounded like a song lyric to me.
It's great that you have been thinking about changing things around you, especially the world itself. Not everyone has given a thought about that, maybe there are many, many there are some, and there are maybe a few. Well, you're subject is good.
Here you have presented to us an idea about something to change (that's what your title says). You wanted to change the air of something and in your first line's last word, you used the word "brute" which gave me an idea that you might have wanted to change this chaotic world with brutal and selfish people into a peaceful world with kind and loving residents. That was what I thought at first, then I realized you were talking about finding happiness because you then created an air of loneliness in your poem, so I got a little "out of there" since I can't figure out what you want to change there, is it about world peace or about finding happiness now? The answer to this was in your next lines (especially the last one) which showed us that you wanted to find happiness.
The line that also says something about others fleeing and the rest lies on the hands of "you and I" was a little confusing too. What are they fleeing from again?
I was also a little confused about what stand are you supposed to make. What was this stand referring to? If it's change then okay, but you just need to clear it out first. Clarify which one must be changed so that the readers then can make a stand.
Well, we just need some clarifications there. Don't worry, I still love what you've written here. Thanks for keeping an open heart. Keep writing!
Let us learn together. Help me with my works too if you have time.
Thanks for the review and was it that confusing?
I'm sorry if it was..
Hey,
I'd like to start by saying I love the use of the picture at the end. It was a nice change from the usual ending and the fact that I wasn't expecting it made it a hole lot better. Really nice use of punctuation by the way. The layout of the poem is also really beautiful and the punctuation is a really important part of that in my opinion. The note at the end which connects the story to you is a really nice touch in my opinion. My only confusion is I'm not entirely sure about the line source of happiness and all. Really nice job tho.
Sincerely,
Collideascope.
Well, that's what I was little concerned and confused as well. Like, "Happiness and all" what does it mean.. But, you know, I couldn't change it 'cause when i was writing it, only these bunch of words were stuck in my mind.
So, I'm sorry about that fact. and thank you for reviewing it.
AnaMin, this, I feel, basically explains the whole idea of knowledge and change! I really love it! Great job!
Thank you!
To start with, this is a very beautiful piece of writing. I like what it says - "yes, the world isn't perfect at all and love is no longer what it's ment to be... but still, there is hope (you and me)". Didn't intend to write it this way
. I also loved that there's a converse between the reader and the writer. Everything fits together perfectly, the repetitions don't sound compulsive (quite the opposite).
I don't find any problems with word choice and the rhymes.
However, in the first line there should be "I'm thinking". I guess it's just a typing error.
The only other suggestions I have is that you put a coma in the forth line: "They, only they...". And after that you have"making". It might be "make". It just sounds more naturally this way to me.
Again, great work! The title is brilliant.
Well dear, thank you very much for reviewing it. Yes, in the first line, it was a typing error. Maybe, i didn't revised it carefully. Thanks for your suggestions. Those made me edit the piece.
Thanks for your helpful review. totally appreciate it.
