Is there actually an answer? If there isn't, i am right any way because i'm always right! I think? I think its an entire tree if your wondering by the way.
Real poetry are those with the best words in the best order
Really, this is unanswerable. If a wood chuck was to chuck wood (meaning, chew), we would need a time restraint. At a time? In an hour? A day? A year? His Life? I would wager the wood chucked would be a substantial amount if we consider his entire life.
Chuck does not, never has, and never will mean chew. The only definitions I've heard for it are A) to regurgitate, or B) to discharge. I think we're talking about all at once. Either way, Bob knows. Note that we haven't said which Bob it is we're asking...
1. To pat or squeeze fondly or playfully, especially under the chin.
2.
a) To throw or toss: chucked stones into the water.
b) Informal. To throw out; discard: chucked my old sweater.
c) Informal. To force out; eject: chucking out the troublemakers.
3. Informal. To give up; quit: chucked her job.
So is the woodchuck actually just playfully patting the wood??
