Plot
It’s that time of year again! With ho-ho-hos and candy canes, the spirit of Christmas (as popularized by cultural commercialism) is seeping through every window, around every door, and, yes, down every chimney. Up at the North Pole city of Northpolia, it’s getting extra busy as the elves who haven’t caught up to their annual quota are rushing around to put the finishing touches on various projects. But something is not right. There have been rumours going around that the wily Jack Frost with his hoard of evil snowmen have discovered the secret of Santa’s Time, the time-freezing technique used by Santa Claus to visit all the Santa-believing children around the world in one night. Then, when Santa himself goes missing, all South Pole breaks loose…
Character type explanation
There are slots available for elves, snowmen, and human children.
Elves
Spoiler
The biggest and most muscular elves (almost half as big as your average human) are working as the fat red man’s Bodyguards, protecting him from fangirls, assassins (you have no idea), crazed shoppers, and the like.
The smaller, but still larger than the average, elves are Workers: doing manual labour such as cleaning out the reindeer stalls, waxing the sled, taking care of the reindeer, and the like.
The cleverer elves are the Inventors, inventing new designs for sled propulsion, space-warping devices for going down chimneys, tools for making toys, weapons for the Bodyguards, perfecting Santa’s Time techniques, and the like.
The next group of elves is the Watchers, which keep tabs on children and tally their goodness, their belief in Santa, and the number and severity of their bad deeds for the toy quota.
The rest of the elves are, obviously, Toymakers. They… make toys. And the like.

Snowmen
Spoiler
There are three kinds of snowmen: Slushmen, which are soft and can shapeshift, Snowmen, which are the standard kind and can just go around killing stuff, and Icemen, which are frozen over and are thus much more dangerous.
The Slushmen are the least intelligent, as their brains are literally mush, the Snowmen are moderately intelligent, and the Icemen are very intelligent. Weapons for all range from carrot missiles to top hat cannons to scarf whips to I don’t know, make up your own!

Human Children
Spoiler
They’re children…who are human. They can be either Believers, which means they believe in Santa, or Non-Believers, which means they don’t. Any nationality is fine.
