Can someone run byme what shes talking about?

Suicides. They're stupid sprint-like things.

...Sorry...I'm just really tired...and I have to run the hardest running thingy tonight. Do you guys know what Suicides are? They're so hard. The last time I did them I almost fainted...and that was Saterday. My coaches just want me to get hurt don't they?!


And suicides are where you set up cones far away from eachother, and you have to run to the first one closest to you, touch the ground then run back and thrn go to the second one, touch the ground then run back...

I have to do it up to eighteen...

And it's freaking timed...

Oh! I know them as checkpointing.

Lol. But the worst part is if you skip a cone or don't touch the floor then you have to start all over...

We're doing conditioning today....and I hate that so much. The last time I did that I saw little stars and my face went pale...

And that's why I don't play sports for my school.... conditioning.

We do them in JROTC, except were not timed and we only have to do ten. And we call it check pointing.

Yeah. I play LOTS of sports-

Vollyball
Soccer
Basketball
Running
Softball

But the worst part it conditioning...

Today I have to run around the court ten times, then suicides, then lay-ups, then push-ups, then I have to pull myself up on the hoop up and down ten times...

I could do it it's just REALLY hard..

I never give up- It's just a pain in the ass 'cause I have to run laps around track at school and stuff...so it's just kinda a waste of time. I'm already in too good of shape, I don't understand why I need to do it double...

*shrugs* Maybe it's punishment... Lol
And, MM, just want to let you know that I'm waiting for you to post in WFO before Jason finds Gemini.

To break your limets if it's anything Pixie, I know a sergeant who would love you for the raider team. you would make my JROTC Raider team look like a bunch of chumps and there all guys for the most part.

I didn't do anything though! Lol. Wait...I kinda laughed at the coach though because I beat him at running timed laps...

And he's the running coach....

And MM your team is the Raiders? Mine are the Falcons..
