Bo had gotten a bit lost in creating his sandy tower, but he'd completed it, with little shells as windows for decoration. Somehow, the conversation must've turned in a very different direction from sandcastles, because the latest thing he clued into was Kate saying she was gay.
Looking up he gave her a thumbs-up, and then faltered when she said it was a secret.
"Oh," he said. "Well, don't worry about it! I won't tell anyone. You're good."
Purva looked up from her work to find another person there. "Hello! Yes, seals sound lovely! Well, actually, the sounds they make can be annoying. But they look lovely!" She spread her arm to indicate the plans for the sandcastle etched on the sand, mostly outlines of spaces for towers. "Here's a rough plan, but every good sandcastle builder knows that improvisation is an essential part of the fun. Welcome!"
