wowza! The hair, shading and expression are amazing! There seems to be something up with the hand though..like the arm is too short or something. Im not sure about the left eye either. Apart from that, its ace!

Over all, I like this. But I think that the eyes start too far up on the face and the nose too big for the face. Other than that, the shading is excellent and I really like the hair.
