Young Writers Society

I've looked at this section secretly for quite some time and have thoroughly admired everyone's work. I didn't comment on anything mind you, mostly because 1) I am notoriously lazy and 2) all I would be able to say would be something like, "OMG. You're the greatest thing since sliced cheese!"

With that said, I know that there are probably many writers with these thoughts and they want some consolation that they aren't the worst artist around. Enter me! I cannot draw worth squat and the squat I can draw is so horrible that it is hilarious! Even so, I'm sure you'll like my drawings. Maybe.

You know whats the greatest thing of all? If I say for example "NO! IM the worst artist, like, EVER!" I will laugh and bla bla bla. But if I say "SHE is the WORST ARTIST, EVER!" then im a mean little bastard. Human mind is so....unique, dont you think?

I'm gonna be the bastard of this group and instead of telling you what I do like, I'm just gonna tell yah what I don't like (cos I'm lazy like that ).

Okay...

1) The arms scare me .
2) The bodies look kindda blocky
3) Those white gaps inbetween the colour and line are annoying (and are really the main let down)

And, besides them, I would also suggest:

1) A little more shading

That's something I never really understood. How do you do shading? Do you know any good tutorials for that (or something?)

Yes, the human mind is very strange. Perhaps I am better than I perceive. However, these are on the computer. Freehand, I am much worse, lol.

Snoink, those are great. I mean, better than great. Fantastique...or fantastico, or something. Magnifico, thats it. Yeah. Hehe, and the arms do scare me, but they are doodles, so, yeah. The bodies are pretty blocky and weird, but I really shouldn't be talking. Seriously. I never could do good bodies...and stuff on the computer. The dragon drawings are great, though. Way better than I could have done.

I'm only OK in my opinion. if my mom will Let me i will show you some of my sketch/doodles . if you want to c em tell me. the earliest i can post em is by Saturday, so stay tuned. oh yeah, that visions of fire picture was sweet. nice job!

I just read the first chapter of your story... that is FREEKIN' AWESOME!!! The drawings are cool too... but the story was incredible... it's so creative!!
