Seena

The village was desolate. More then desolate. It was as if everyone had just disappeared. Almost everything was in it's natural place, nothing looked as if it had been moved. We met Tess at the entrance.

"Completely empty," she said quickly. Everlee nodded. I looked down at her and Skylar's hands; linked. I tried to surpress a smile as Tess led us to a hut she had found for us. We walked through the streets alone. Doors hung wide open, and occasionally, I got a glimpse of a blood stain inside the building. I leaned further down on Tige's back, grateful for his comfort. We reached an old farmhouse with animals still running around in the pasture behind the house. I slid down from Tige's back.

"Thank you," I whisper in his ear. He nodded in response. Everlee and Skylar walked into the building, and soon the rest of us follow.

Everlee looked from Skylar, to me, then back to Skylar really quickly. "I'm not certain," she begun. "But I think that the rogue will only hurt dolls, even if they are with rogues. I think, just to be safe, Skylar and Seena should sleep in the middle, and we should sleep around them." We nodded.

Tess, who had walked out of the house, came back in with a dead chicken. "Anybody hungry?" she asked.

Hey guys it is no problem at all to meet y'all now! I mean, I had something planned with Razzle using Daverick but it would be cool to finally have other people to work off of. It just might be a little awkward for you guys to show up in the middle of a killing spree, y'know? lol. Plus, I don't wanna go into details of all her murders cuz it'll take forever and a half for me to come up with them all and write them in so use your imagination. Bloody. Invisible. Everyone dies that isn't a rogue. =D enjoy!

After a well deserved meal of chicken and deer, we all sat around the fire, just talking. It was nice to act normal, like we weren't in a ghost town, like we weren't on the run from almost everyone on the planet, and it was nice not to have pickles and bread again.
We talked about where each of us had been, the stories we heard, and we even laughed a little at some rogue legends. The pets slept together in a corner while we talked, Nyx and Myrtle in the rafters of the hut and Tige laying down next to Seena. He was telling the most adventerous stories out of us all. Jared sat next to Elise and Skyler sat next to Everlee. I gave a little smile everytime I thought of how we had only met that morning.
"Well, I'm beat." I layed down on a pillow I had found in the hut and snuggled underneath my blanket. For the first time in a long while, I was very happy.

There it was again! I thought as I ran faster, quickly approaching the sound. Stop! Leave...it-alone! Poca hissed urgently. Could be..danger! I shook my head violently as I quietly increased my speed, my toes barley touching the ground to leave behind less of a track. No, Poca! It sounds like someone is wailing, like they are in alot of pain! The wail sounded again, but much, much more agonizing than the first. My heart almost burst and my eyes filled with tears. I have to make it stop! I have to help them! Poca started yelling at me more, nipping at my shoulder and growling in my ear, but I ignored her. I couldn't leave. Not when there was someone in pain crying out. If I just left, I could never forgive myself. I thought firmly to Poca. The sound was now straight ahead, just past a group of tall trees. I launched myself with a tornado toward a tree in the middle. I grabbed onto a branch with one hand and flipped up onto a high branch on the other side, landing without a sound.

I peeked over the thick pine needles and looked carefully for what was causing the sound. I may want to help this person, but I am no idiot, Poca. I know not to just charge into anywhere without inspecting every detail first without being seen. Poca scoffed, Any idiot would know not to help a doll. I knew it was a doll, and I knew that almost every doll would kill me for money without hesitation. Did I care? No. I know all that Poca. But I also know that a doll can feel same as us. I have felt pain before...everyone has. And I want to stop others from feeling anymore. I saw her now, a woman. She was lying on the ground, pinned there by a tree that appeared to have fallen on her legs. I could tell one was broken. I scanned the area, then launched myself forward and out of the tree, flipping once then landing gracefully on my feet. The woman looked up at me.

"Help me please!" She wailed, "My leg!" She was obviously unaware that I just flipped myself 20 feet off a tree and landed safely without a sweat. Good, better that she doesn't know I'm a Rouge. Poca pocked me on the back, hidding from view. Not that she needed to, even in the open, Poca is so small she is hard to see. Should...have listened-to me. Now you-r...in-danger.

It will be fine, Poca. I thought as I rushed to the woman's side. I just want to help her. I tried to lift the tree off her, putting every ounce of muscle into it. The tree didn't even budge. Ugh! Why am I so pathetic?! I thought in anger to myself. Maybe...cause you-only...13? Poca sarcasticly commented. I was about to argue, when the lady let out another painful cry. My heart tore and leaped inside my chest. It is so much more painful to hear it up close... I had to help this poor doll! There is only one way to do this... I thought to myself. I put my hand under the tree, palm up. NO! Shouted Poca, Bad to! Don't...let-her..know! Poca began to bite me, yelling at me in a mix of words and feelings. I grimced in pain, but I did not stop. The lady looked up at me in pain and confusion.
"What...are you doing?" I smiled at her as friendly as I could.

"Trying to help you. Don't worry, just hang on a little more, this won't take too long." The womans eyes widened.
"Your a..."

Her sentence was cut off as I blasted the tree upward and away with a small, but powerful tornado. It flew up about 15 feet, then landed, crashing into the underbrush. I looked back at the woman, who's face looked back at me in fear. After a moment of silence, I decided to speak.
"Hi there! My name is Sheara!" I could almost hear Poca smaking her face in discust. I continued, "What's your name?" The woman suddenly looked confused, a little befuddled.
"Uh...hi...my name is Raya..." She said, still a little stunned.
"Raya, what a pretty name!" I smiled and looked at her broken leg. "Looks like you are hurt pretty badly, do you want a ride back to the village?" Poca bit me again, except this time, very hard. What...do-you think...you are-doing?! She hissed. Village no-good! You...get-killed!

I don't think she will tell anyone. After all, I helped her! She looks very nice too! Just because she is a doll, that doesn't make her mean.
The woman tilted her head to the side, trying not to focus on the pain.
"You would...take me to the village?"
"Of course!" I replied honestly. "How else will you get there?" She blinked.
"How?"
I bit my lip, trying not to be insulted.
"Well, you see, my pet named Poca, who is a fox, is very small, but she can get a lot bigger and you can ride on her back until we get to the village and-youch!" Poca bit me right on my nose, not careing about hiding anymore sinse I just gave her away. She jumped to the ground and bit me again on the toe.
"Ouch!"

Why-do..you tell...secrets-so..easily? That...not smart!
Raya looked at Poca caususly, a little worried.
"Oh, don't worry. She only nips me."
Poca glanced at me sideways. Wanna-bet?
Raya looked from me to Poca, then back to me again.
"Why...are you helping me? Don't you know I'm a doll?"
I nodded. "Yea, I know you're a doll. But it makes little difference to me whether you are Rouge or Doll. You were hurt and needed help. That is all I need to know! I wouldn't mind being friends with a doll at all!" I smiled bigger at her, trying to seem as sencer as possible. The woman though for a moment, looking me over as she did.
"Oh, how nice of you..." She began carefully, "In that case, I would love a ride back to the village! I agree with you completely about there being little difference between us, me and you could be great friends! And I would like to reward you with some shelter at my house for helping me!" She smiled, but there was something off about her smile...I couldn't pin point it exactly.

She's lying. Poca thought toward me.
"Oh, no thank you! I couldn't possibly accept such a generouse offer, but I accept your friendship!" I replied happily.
No, she is just a little scared right now. That was nice of her to offer us shelter!
What...she-offered...was-death. Poca insisted. Raya sighed.
"Oh, good! But you are such a nice girl, I just hate to think of my little hero having no shelter or home! Are you sure? I would even cook for you! Just one night, then you can get all rested up and back on your way!"
I giggled at her complement.
"Oh, I couldn't possibly take anything from you or have you cook for me, you are the one that is hurt and needs to rest!"
Poca sighed in relief.
"That's too bad. But if you insist on not staying at my home, that's alright." Raya bit her lip. "The fox won't eat me, will he?"
HE?! Poca exclaimed.
"She" I corrected, "No, she won't eat you!" I added with a giggle. Poca stepped a little ways away from us. Fine. I help. I just...hope-you...are-right. She closed her eyes and breathed in, her tinny frame quivered. She then glowed bright white, and began to enlarge. Her nail grew into claws, her teeth to fangs, her toy-sized saddle to a large, fine leather one, her cute big ears to that of a hunter, and her big brown puppy-dog eyes into wise, powerful, and stunning ones, and her stuffed animal size to that of a wolf. Staying small...to-avoid...being-seen. Poca expalined.
Good idea. I thought back. I stooped down and picked up Raya, a hard task for my small frame, but not impossible. I sat her down carefully on Poca's saddle. She winced as I put her leg in place.

"Sorry!" I said, trying to cusion the leg against the saddle. Raya nodded, then looked nerviously at Poca.
"Don't worry about her! She would never attack an injured person, no matter how angry she got." I said reassuringly.
Most-of..the-time. Poca thought to me with a tip of her head. Raya smiled, looking somewhat relived. I was happy she knew I was telling the truth!
"Come on Poca! Let's go!"
...
Lightening fast, but more than gracefull, Poca leaped over and under brush, carefully balancing the injured doll on her back. I had no trouble keeping up. Light on my toes and exact in my flips and leaps, I spead along. Soon the village was in sight. Poca slowed to a stop.
"I'm afraid we can't just barge into the village, so we will drop you off in your back yard. Then, you can call for help from the villagers, but wait until we are out of sight. Say that you fell or something, I know lying is bad...but if villagers find out about us they might want to hurt us, so please don't tell, okay?" I asked Raya. She nodded.
"Oh, of course not! I would could never turn in my own little hero!" She told me, patting my head and speaking as if she were talking to a baby. "My house is that one over there, darling." She said, pointing it out. "The one with the red roof and white gate in the front."

Sheara...don't-trust her. Poca causioned. Something..isn't-right...about-this. I stroked her face lovingly.
Don't worry! Everything is going to be fine!
We carefully made our way over to the back of her house, hidding amoung the plants and thick underbrush. After checking for anyone, and finding the coast clear, Poca and I stepped out of the forest. I looked at Raya and held a finger to my mouth. She smirked and did the same. I began to feel a little worried. I wonder if she will keep her word...would she turn us in? Or give us away? Psh, what am I worried about? She would never do that! I am her little hero...right? I thought to myself. Poca walked as close as she wished to the house then stopped. I gently lifted Raya off Poca and placed her on the ground.

"Remember, wait until we leave before you call for help!" I whispered to Raya. She smiled at me.
"Oh, don't worry. I remember." She whispered back. There is something about her smile...what is wrong with it? I asked myself.
Come...we-leave...must! Thought Poca as she began to back toward the forest. I followed her, then turned around to wave good bye, expecting to see Raya smile and wave back. What I saw instead was far from it, well...at least the waving part. I ducked as a bullet from the pistol Raya was now holding flew past my head.
"HELP! I'M BEING ATTACKED BY A ROUGE!!" Raya yelled at the top of her voice. I stared at her in shock.
"You...you lied!" She smiled menechingly at me.
"Just figure that out, kid? Wow, you are a geuniouse!" She fired another shot, nearly skimming the skin on my shoulder. Sounds of men shouting and running could now be heard. Poca snarled and bit the back of my shirt, pulling me into the forest. I took one last look at Raya.
"But...we helped you! Why...how could you do this to us! We saved you! You said you wanted to be friends!" I cried out despratly. Raya's face darkened.
"How could I possibly be friends with a devil?"
My heart skipped a beat, and my eyes widened. Poca must have felt me go stiff, because she was now dragging me away by my collar as quickly as physicaly possible. Another gun sounded and the tree next to us exploded into chips, spraying me as I dragged along. Sheara-you-need-to-get-a-grip! Poca urdged so fast I barley heard it. I remained stiff, allowing myself to be dragged along the ground. Poca...she thinks I'm...a devil. I thought numbly. Dolls began to come into view behind us. They were slower than us, but they had dogs. Poca growled and breathed in deeply. Can't carry-you...not-when...I'm-this small. She glowed white and began to grow even larger. I was slowly lifted off the ground as I felt the teeth holding the back of my shirt get bigger, sharper, and more deadly. Poca was now the size of a baby elefant, but not nearly as friendly. She bolted through the trees, her speed now twice as fast.

But everything was just a blurr to me, Raya's words had struck deep. I...I trusted her...There was a small river ahead. Poca braced her back legs to jump over it. But as her paws left the ground, dolls raced out of the forest on the other ride of the river, ready for us with clubs, guns, and pitch forks. Too late to go anywhere but straight, Poca tucked me into her chest and dipped her head, turning in mid air so the saddle would take the blows. A pitchfork thunked into the saddle, but didn't tear through. The unlucky weilder was then crushed by the still rolling Poca. I felt myself wake up a little, the numbness stirred. I hope he's not hurt... Poca continued to run. I began to be aware of what was happening. This is not the time for this...I thought, straining to regain control of myself. I need to pull myself together! Poca veered left to avoid an arrow shot at her from the side. I can think about this later, but right now, I need to focus! I told myself. Poca sent a soothing feeling to my mind, trying to calm me down and get me to snap out of it.

But the feeling of peace changed to one of panic and Poca stopped dead in her tracks. The force sent me flying forward, I heard my shirt rip at the collar and I tummbled to a halt. I summoned the energy to look up. My eyes were met by a grim sight. We were surrounded on all sides by 60+ villagers armed to the teeth. But even worse than that, in front of me stood a giant, metal cage. The insides were covered in metal spikes, some with blood stains on them. And under the cage was a huge, metal torch holder. What...is it? The dolls around it chuckled. Poca snarled at the cage. Barbarians! The wheels in my head started to turn. Suddenly, I understood. A death chamber! The thought chilled me. I may have felt numb before, but now all that changed. My entire frame froze in absolute terror as I thought of the purpose of the cage.
"We are going to have some fun watching you roast filthy Rouge!" Called out a doll. The hairs on the back of my neck stood out straight, I felt my silver hair all lift along with every hair on my body. I trembled. The dolls were incouraged by my fear and stepped closer. A move they would all live to regret. My body jolted, sending out an electric pulse down my spine to my feet and out in a sonic boom. The ground around me rippled with electricity, tazing every living thing it touched. The doll's bodys all buckled under in perfect rythum to the waves of energy, each making a sudden random posture with their bodys and then falling helplessly to the ground. There were a few sounds of zapping as teh waves hit the metal cage. The cage jumped once, then sparked and exploded; the electricity igniting whatever was in the torch below it. Oh, no! Not again! I thought as I struggled to control the rapidly releasing waves. I tried to stop the flow, but instead sent a bolt from one foot to the other, giving myself a good zap as well. Poca, who luckly is elecrtic proof, snatched me up and was gone without a trace. Well, other than all the stunned dolls with interestingly poofy hair-do's and melted chuncks of metal everywhere.

Poca continued to run until the shock had warn off from my body. What-number...is-that? Thought Poca with a laugh. I blushed, but couldn't stop myself from thinking, 12th. That is the 12th time I have shocked myself using my own self defence... I frowned as I heard Poca laugh hestaricly. She sent me a feeling of relief, irritation, and consern directing to the memory of the start of the chase. I know, i'm sorry...I should have listened to you Poca. She was lying all along. Poca shook her head, swinging me gently. Not-what...I-was thinking...about. Poca placed me on the ground, so she could look into my eyes and sent the memory of Raya's last words to us to my head. I looked away. It was nothing...I'm fine, really. Poca sent a feeling of deep consern to my heart.

Your-still...a...bad-liar. I hung my head, letting my hair fall in front of my eyes. Tell-me. Poca soothed gently. I decided to give in. What if...what if Raya is right? ...What if I am a devil? A tear rolled down my cheek. It would make sense...no matter how hard I try...I always hurt people. I felt Poca rub her cheek against mine, wiping away the tear. I felt her grow smaller, now to about the size of a large man. She tucked her head and pressed it into my stomache. Too innocent. Poca almost whispered. You-so...innocent. You-have...no-diea.

But...I hurt people, so many people! I heart bruned as I remembered all the times people had ended up hurt because of me. Poca grabbed me by my middle with her front paws and held me tight, allowing herself to fall onto her back. She then began to slowly rock back and forth. Never-mean..to. You-so...nice! Even-after...Raya-lied-you...probably-don't...regret saving...her. Poca was right. I felt my eye lids go heavy as Poca continued to rock me, the warmth of her fur and sound of her heart beat pulling me into a world of dreams. But...I didn't listen to you either I mummbled, I should have listened...I'm sorry

Hush, hush. Poca murmered soothingly to me. I-knew...was-going to-happen. Should-have...stopped-it. But...no-worry...about-that..now. Sleep. Sleep-and...dream. Poca hummed the last part, and continued to as she rocked me back and forth. A memory came to my head as I heard Poca whisper, Good night...my-child. A memory of that same familiar face. The face smiled at me, eyes full of love. Good night, my child. It repeated. My mind fadded to black, taking the image with it.
Good night...mother.
(forgive my spelling, I was typing fast. And...I stink at spelling. Enjoy pictures of Poca! :D )

Love it Blonde! And I'm going to give Razzle alittle more time before I drag Bee into the story, if that is okay. Tell me if it isn't.

Everlee

"Maybe two couples in our group..."

"I'd love that"

I pause and look up to Skylar. His smile warms my heart. He leans down, our faces so close. His breath on my neck. I lean forward, almost allowing our lips to touch. I look into his eyes, his peircing eyes. I reach my hand up to his head, but my hand passes through air.

"I'm sorry," he says. I pull back, confused. His body begins to fade away.

"No!" I shout, reaching my hands back up. I rush forward, hoping for him to hold me. But I trip and fall to the ground where he stood. I look back up to see only a glimpse of black smoke before that is gone too. I look back to where the others should be, but they are gone as well.

"Everyone you have ever loved has died," a voice echoes off the land. I look frantically around as my world begins to crumble. A flash of my mother and father's faces shine on the now pitch black sky. They fade away and are replaced by my baby brother.

"No!" I try to scream, but nothing comes out.

"And everyone you will ever love, will die," the voice continues. My screams are wasted. The world get smaller, only a few feet in between me and the black.

"Tess," her face flashes and fades away. "Jared, Elise, Tige, Seena," the voice whispers quickly. Each time a face flashes.

"Even Darren will die," I see my trusted companion before he fades away.

"No!" I close my eyes and block my ears. I curl up in a ball, still on the ground. I know who is coming next.

"Not Skylar, not Skylar," I beg to the voice. I hear a chuckle.

"Yes, even Skylar." I open my eyes and look up to the sky. Skylar's face lingers longer then the rest. I focus on his eyes before the picture fades like a burnt letter.

"No!" I scream. The world crumbles the last bit, and I fall through the floor

I bolted awake, sweat dripping down my face. I looked around, breathing a sigh of relief as I see my friends around on the floor, all soundly asleep.

That was a nasty dream, Darren said. I nodded.

Are you still on patrol? I asked. I could feel Darren nod. Come on back, I'll keep watch.

Darrn sped up and ran back to the house. I stood up and walked towards the door, taking one last glance at the room. I left the house and began walking. Darren reached the building and walked in, falling asleep in a minute. I looked around. It was still dark, the first rays of the sun poked over the edge of the city. I walked for a while, trying to clear my head. It didn't take long before I reached the house again. I sighed and walked a few streets down to the tallest house I could find. I gathered the ice together and brought myself up to the top. I stepped off my ice stairs and let them melt. I walked over and sat about the middle of the building facing the rising sun.

Jared:

I'm on a beach. I feel the waves craching almost at my toes, and look around. My jaw dropped. Jogging in slow motion towards me were Seena and Elise, wearing bikinis. Elise flips her beauutiful golen hair, sparkling in the sun. Our eyes lock, and she winks at me with a smile. Seena fell behind, but I was okay with that. I stand up to meet her. She runs to me, and says "Hey hot stuff." Hot stuff? Oh well. She takes my hand and we head over to a palm tree, with a little building underneath that has a sign that says "Snack Shack."

We walk up to it. Tess is inside, wearing the strangest outfit ever, and obviously hates it. "Two snow cones." She hands me some delicious looking balls of ice, with red, blue, green, and purple covering it. I take a lick. It's the most delicoius thing I've ever tasted.

"That'd be," I cringe, expecting a very steep price for such delicious food. "Free." I smile happily as me and Elise walk away with our treats. And so we walk down the beach. Seena catches up and walks on my other side. We sit down on the hot sand and begin to watch the sunset. It liights up the sky with beautiful reds and yellows, and soon turns to purple, reflecting across the ocean. I lean over to Elise, our faces so close, I can feel her breath, and then she bites my nose.

"OW!" I shouted. I sat up. I was back in the little cottage. No bikinis. Just everybody sleeping and a small, burned out fire. I rubbed my nose and looked to Amy. "Why'd you bite me?" I was trying to be as quiet as I could. "I was having the best dream ever, and it was just getting good!"

"I know, dummy. You were getting a little too close for my liking." I grumbled and layed back down. It was such a good dream too. I sighed.

(I know that it's kind of out of the time period, but I had so much fun with this, so I just had to post! And, it would be something he'd dream about! Hope you like it.)

I awoke with a slimmy feeling on my face. Time-to...wake-up! Poca repeated and licked me again. I rolled over, trying to avoid getting any wetter. No, Poca...just a few more minutes... Poca laughed. I-don't...think-so! She pushed me over and pinned me to the ground with one paw on my tummy, then began to lick every inch of my face with as much saliva as possible. Nooo! Hehe! I giggled, trying to push Poca's face away. Poca ducked under my hands and got a good lick from my chin all the way up to my forehead, getting spit in my eyes and in my nose. Aww, gross! I wiped my eyes and looked up at Poca who had mercifully stopped her attack of slime. Awake-yet? She smiled and cocked her head. Or..need-more...licking?

I sat up quickly, pushing Poca's paw off my stomache. No, no! I am very much awake now! Very much awake! Poca laughed and sat down in front of me. We-need...to-go...shopping-today. That was unexpected. I tilted my head. Why? Poca tipped her nose to my shirt. I-am...afraid-you...need-new..clothes. I looked down at my shirt, or more, what was left of it. The collar had been completly torn off, along with most of the back area, revealing my entire back.Oh, my! I exclaimed and pulled the opening together. Poca laughed. The right sleeve was also falling apart from being dragged on the ground so much. My left pant leg was tearing off as well. I might of well have been wearing rags.Wow, that chase the other day really killed my clothes!

Yes...we-really...need-to...shop. Poca repeated, scanning over me. I-beat-up...your-clothes...pretty-badly. Sorry...you-hurt? I rubbed my right arm. Only a little scratched from being dragged, I'm fine. And don't feel bad about it, how else were you supposed to move me? Poca shrugged, then looked at the sky. Shops-in...different-village-a-little...ways-from...here-not-open...today. No-one...there. Don't-know...why...people-all...gone. I scrunched my face. All gone? What do you mean? They just left? Poca paused, then nodded. Yes-they...just-left. I could tell there was something Poca wasn't mentioning, but I decided to leave it alone. It made up for not listening to her the other day. Let's-hurry...I'm-hungry.
I agreed. I hopped on Poca's back and we were off.
...
We finally reached the little village, but Poca did not stop. She went straight past the gates and past the buildings. The village was dead silent, not a living thing in sight. ...Poca? You never are this quick to enter a village, empty or not... Poca didn't respond. She turned toward a building labled "Fancy Wear" in pretty, curvy letters. She stopped and I dismounted. Poca started toward the enterance, shrinking herself to fit through the door as she walked. There was something she wasn't telling me...something she didn't want me to know.Poca...what happened to all the people? Poca stopped and looked at me. Was...here-earlier-today. Before-you...woke-up. I-checked...everywhere. Safe. No-people. No-idea...why. I narrowed my eyes.

But before I could argue, she exlaimed, OH! Picked-something...out-for...you! Picked-something...you-will-love! Her tail wagged in excitment, so fast her whole body swung a little bit. I instantly forgot what I was going to say and the subject was lost from my mind. Oh, really! What is it? I wanna see! I jumped up in happyness. Anything was better than these plain, torn, brown rags I was wearing! Poca smiled, Come-inside..and-see! She entered the store. I followed after her, wondering what she picked out for me.

Poca looked at me, Close eyes-until...I say. I giggled, and obeyed. I heard Poca shuffle around the store, then the sound of fabric. I tried to decern what it looked like from the sound, but my excellent hearing ability only did so much. I heard Poca make her way back to me. She stopped in front of me, I heard her tail thump against the floor boards. Okay...open! I looked up.

Poca held up a dress by in front of me by the hanger with her mouth. I gasped at the dress. Why Poca...it's adorable! The dress was a lovely pink with long sleeves and poofy shoulders. It flowed out beautifuly, like a flower, topped with ruffles along the bottom. There was also a tied, pink bow in the back. Poca handed me the dress. Might-be...little-big. Go-try..on.

I smiled at her, then ran into the bathroom to change. I put the dress on then came back out. Poca looked over me. Sleeves-a-little...too-long. She thought, sounding disapointed. I looked down at my arms. She was right, the sleeves came up and over my hands and draped down about 4 more inches before they ended. That's alright! I can fix it! I thought quickly, not wanting Poca to be sad. I rolled up the sleeves a few times until the came to my wrists. There we go! I thought with triumph, straightening the bow in the back. The dress was very long too, I would have to hold it up when I walked or risk tripping, but I was fine with that.
So...you-like-it? Asked Poca hopefully.

I love it! I exclaimed, twirling around, making the dress fan out gracefully. I laughed and skipped round the store, holding up the front of the dress as I did. I feel like a flower! I giggled. Poca smiled wide and wagged her white tail. So-happy...you-like! Was-afraid...too-big-to...wear. I jumped over to her and hopped onto her back. Your the best, Poca! Thank you so much!! I scratted behind her ear and hugged her around her neck. Her tail wagged even faster and her foot thumped. So-happy...you-like! She joyfuly repeated.

She began to spin in circles with me on her back, making the dress flare out and ripple as she spun. I laughed and hung on tight, then kicked my legs up off her back and let them spin freely with the dress. Poca began to get dizzy and stumble. She tripped and we landed in a pile of white fur and pink cloth. Poca and I laughed as the world continued to spin around us. I hugged Poca, tucking my head under her chin. Thank you so much!

(I'm sorry I keep interupting...if I get in the way just say so and I'll fix it. I hope you like it! :D )

Tess:

"Time to get up, you lazy sack of patatoes!" I shouted at Jared. He still lay, fast asleep, or so it seemed.
"There is no call for name-calling." He said with a groan. he rolled over and looked up at me. "Why are you in such a hurry to get me up?"
"Because it's your turn to cook, idiot." I would never tell him, but he was a much better cook than I was. "Com'n I'm starving!" He got up slowly and made his way over the still sleeping Skyler, Elise, Seena, and Tige to the fire and began cooking the leftovers from last night. I went back to my corner and layed down. Even with all of the extra sleep, I was still tired. I sighed.
"So, what'd you dream about last night?" He said. He seemed to have his mind somewhere else, because his eyes were kind of dreamed over.
"None of your concern you annoying gnat."
"Wow. Rude much?" I was just grumpy because of my lack of dreams. I don't remember them much, mostly because i sleep like a rock. But last night, I had slept light, waking up to almost every noise. And guess who snores? Jared.
"You snore." I smiled, "And talk in your sleep." I was just joking about his sleep talking, but he blushed to much, that I thought he had taken red paint to his face. I tried to hide my growing smile.
Nyx flew down from the rafters and landed on my shoulder. I reached up without even realizing it and began to stroke her wings. She fluffed underneath my hand and made a cooing noise in appreciation. She was thinking about what I had dreamed about, but wasn't showing me anything other than the occasional flash of snow. I remember what I had dreamed about. I thought to her. I was in a snowy forest and was making a snowman, but he kept falling over. So instead, I went to go catch snowflakes and began to count everyone I could see. I had bored myself awake! No wonder I forgot!

Elise:

I wake up, to hear Tess and Jared bickering. I groan and close my eyes again.

"You don't have to wake anyone up, you're bickering will do," I said groggily. I hear Jared laughing and Tess scoffing. I scratch my head, making some strands of hair falling in my face. I let out a huff. I sit up in my spot, take my hairband, and tie my hair up.

"What are you two fighting about anyway? Especially in the morning," I say coldly.

"Mornings make her cranky," I heard Skylar say. I roll my eyes, and then turn my head towards Jared and Tess.

"Well?" I say.

Jared:

"He burnt half of the rest of the deer." Tess said very unhappy.
"Did not! It's just well done!" I shouted right back. it was true though. Half of the rest of the deer was charred to ashes, while the other side was uncooked.
Elise got up and looked over at the sad excuse of breakfast. "Yep, that's burnt." She stated flatly. Tess gave me a look like "I told you so," and i mumbled to myself so that no one could hear about how at least I didn't have to deal with my face. I breathed a mental sigh of relief that she didn't hear.

Everlee

I open my eyes to see that the sun is already up in the sky. I must've fallen asleep. I sit up and look over to the farmhouse where everyone else was last night. A small trail of smoke leaves the chiminey and I smell roasting chicken and probably alittle of the extra deer. I climb down from the building and head towards the farm house.

Darren, are you awake? I ask hesitantly.

Good morning sleepying beauty, Darren's voice echoes through my head.

I smile. Why didn't you wake me? I was supposed to be on watch.

You were really tired, Darren says casually.

Thanks. I walk up to the farmhouse. Where are you? I get a flash of the fields behind the farmhouse as I walk into the room.

"There you are," Skylar says with a smile. I can't help but smile back as I walk over to him.

"Where were you?" demanded Tess, already irritated. I can smell something burning.

"Uh, I fell asleep on patrol." I look over her shoulder and see Jared messing with the fire. "What's burning?"

"This idiot burnt our breakfast," Tess says in a matter-of-fact voice.

"Tess," I say quietly. "Can we keep the name calling down please? We don't really need it."

"Ah ha!" Jared says. I look at him and shake my head. He looks back down to the deer, trying to salvage what is left of the dead meat.

Skylar:

I walk outside to find Everlee with Darren. I smile at Everlee. Her presence makes me feel happy inside, more than being best friends with Elise. I was happy that Everlee's fine.

"There you are," I said, smiling. Then suddenly, Tess came outside with an outraged expression. I laugh. Tess and Jared begin to bicker outside while Everlee tries to calm them down. I put my arm around Everlee, while she tries to manage the two.

Elise:

I walk outside, with an infuriated look.

"When will you two ever stop bickering?!" I ask, coldly. Skylar let out a huff and rolled his eyes. His arm was around Everlee. I stand beside Everlee and poke her arm. Everlee's head turns to me, and I wink playfully. Everlee blushes, and looks at Skylar. I walk past Skylar.

"Don't blow it," I whisper.

(Sorry I've been M.I.A. for so long! Welcome to all out new friends I can't wait till our characters meet!!)

Tige:

There was too much bickering to sleep in the house and too much bickering outside to even find a sunny spot to lay. I stretch and follow Seena outside. The small rouge Tess is yelling at our new companion Jared, and for his part he is blushing and arguing back by turns.

I sit with a thump near Everlee and the male doll while Seena tries to mediate for the combatants for Elise has joined in the fray.

I yawn bearing all my long teeth and I hear a low whistle. I open my eyes and see Skylar looking at them with a mixture of awe and shock. I smile showing them off all the better. Of all my bear attributes, my long fangs have to my favorite.

“Like 'em boy?” I ask, he nods silently.

“I bet you could do some pretty damage with those things.” he says grinning, I shrug.

“In the days of the games Skylar we had to use whatever we had. I used my weapon forms when Emily used me and when I used my bear form I used whatever means I had to win, including these. There were no real rules to those games, anything goes.” Seena sits next to me she has a small bit of what seemed to be bread.

“I had it in my bag!” she says lightly breaking me off a chunk. “It's the last of my military rations that I had with me. Here have a piece.” she offers. Such a sweet girl.

“I wish I could have seen those games.” she adds after swallowing. “They sound so exciting!”

“The games I participated in were a form of gladiatorial combat, last rouge standing won. They were very exciting, savage but exciting. There were other kinds of games as well, every pet had something they could do.”

(didn't really know how to get Tige back into the swing of things, hope this okay.)
