Reva:

I stared at the note one last time, the one signed by my birth mother. I don't know how she found me, or why she decided to contact me, but I felt nothing for her. Nothing but disgust for the woman who is so weak that she would allow her only child to be abandoned. Only because I was different than her. How pathetic of her. My heart hardened once more, harder than it ever had been before. This time there would be no softening. I stood at the threshold of a choice, one that could change my entire life. Change me from the hidden rogue no one noticed to someone who would make them suffer. The dolls were in for the next step of their downfall: me.
I dropped a small hand onto my pet and felt the familiar ripple that rushed through my body every time I bent the light around my body and rendered myself invisible. They could never see me coming.
The woman was chatting, standing on the edge of the marketplace with her friend. They spoke of us, my people. My matches.
"I cannot believe the latest attempts of the rogues. Do they honestly think that they are greater than us because they have their beloved pets? They will only ever be one thing- trash."
Her friend laughed, a high pitched sound that echoed in my ears, making my blood boil. "They are lower than trash- lower than dirt even! What can they do that we cannot?"
I came up behind the first, so close I could feel the heat coming off of her and she still didn't notice me. Useless Dolls. I released a flash of light that would stun them both and leapt upon her back, dragging my dagger across the thin skin on her neck, puncturing deep and fast. She collapsed to the ground and I launched myself at her companion and plunged my dagger into her neck, deep until it could go no longer. I tore it out and looked down at the crimson blade then the dolls lying dead on the ground. Their blood ran like water, staining the rough brown cobblestones and painting my new destiny. I couldn't deny the satisfaction connected to these kills. It was time to make a name for myself. Time for a bloody legacy to begin.

Name: Davnick Tarish

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Davnick is a Rogue

Apperance: Davnick is about 5'9", with brown hair so dark is seems black. His eyes are a brilliant violet color, and they crackle with surpressed energy like lightning. He has a wolf-like build, wider at the shoulders and slim at the waist. He's stronger than he looks, and uses his non-threatining stature as a weapon. He dresses in dark clothing, and has a thin scar running from the back of one hand, up his arm, across his back, and down the other arm to his other hand. He rarley grins in genuine amusement, but constantly had a sarcastic smirk on.

Skills: Darkness/Lightning. His Pet is a large sword, about five feet long, which he wears on his back. It's about 2 1/2 inches wide, and there is a daggar hidden in the hilt. Both blades are black. Its name is Fang. When he releases it, it dissappears, and he grows large, ribbed black wings, like those of a dragon, or bat. He also gains sharpened steel claws on his hands and feet, which he uses as weapons. When he beats his wings, electricity crackles through the air, and he can fire strikes of lightning from his hands. He can create cloaks of darkness to hide himself, both in release form and not. He has the ability to hide in shadows. He moves lightly on his feet, and can run flat-out for about three miles before he needs to slow. He is an acomplished fist-fighter.

History: Davnick was raised in the slummy part of a large city in Aria. His parents were killed by Dolls when he was seven, and he spent his childhood in hiding. When he was twelve, he was captured by Dolls, and brought to the capital city. There, he was experimented on for about one year. They did mostly humane tests, until the last one, where they planned to dicssect him to find out the core differences between Rogues and Dolls. The surgeon was able to make an incision from one wrist to another, which is how he got his unique scar. Up to that point, he had only developed his Darkness abilities, and only to where he could hide in shadow. When the surgeon finished with the first incision, however, Davnick sent an electric wave which stopped the hearts of every person in the room. He fled the facility, hiding in the shadows when he could, killing when he had to. He is the first, and as far as is known only, person to escape the Dolls after being captured.

He currently poses as a Doll, partially in fear, but mostly so he can hunt other Rogues for the reward.

Personality: He is witty and sarcastic, but his humor is empty. He feels no happiness in making fun of others. In fact, he tries to FEEL as little as possible. It is hard to make him open up to anybody, but if he trusts somebody, he trusts them absolutely. He has wrapped steel around his heart, and it takes patience and persistence to break through it. He's remembers the faces of every person he's ever killed, and the names if he had the chance to learn them. Davnick is proud of his power, but hates it at the same time. He feels alone in the world.

Up for love? I'm okay with it, but you're going to have to work for it....

-Sheara

-13

-Female

-Rogue

-She has long, silver hair that goes down to below her waist. Her skin is a little pale, and she has big, bright green, vibrant eyes. Her frame is very small, short, and not intimidating in the least.
-Her power isn't stable, not yet mature...but when frightened, she sends out electric shock waves from her body though the ground from up to a mile radius. She can also send out mini, but powerful tornadoes from her hands than she usually uses as means of escape by using the tornado as a rocket to shoot her away from danger after she stuns enemies with the shock wave. Her pet is a very small, pure white fox named Poca, with huge brown eyes that is about the size of your average bennie baby. When angered, this little, adorable fox can increase it's size by hundereds of times over, making it about the size of a two story bus. It's tail grows defensive spikes that can shoot out over 100 meters, deadly accuatly. In her "little" nonthreatened form, Poca wears a mini saddle on her back, which grows bigger with the fox, allowing Sheara to ride her to saftey or for any other means of transportation.
Sheara is very nimmble on his toes; super quick and tricky to catch, and even then, has small fingers that can prick locks with ease. You can say she is a little "slippery", many times suprising people with her tricky ways of escape. She is very stealthy, and has a sharp hearing ability.
-Sheara is an orphan; her father was one of the first Rogues to be killed off, which happened before she was born. Her mother, who was also a Rogue, was killed defending Sheara at age 5. With her trusty pet, Poca by her side (or more, hiding in her clothes and shoulders) she survived off of pretending to be a human, which was easy, since she couldn't look more helpless (which isn't entirely true...)
-Sheara is very quiet, submissive, and would never hurt or kill anyone unless someone ELSE'S life depended on it (Poca, not so much...) Sheara would rather run than fight, and she will do just that unless not possible. She has a heavy consience, which makes hurting people or stealing for survival difficult (luckly, she has Poca.) But, when someone else's life is at steak, espesially if it is a close friend, she goes into protective attack mode and would rather die one thousand times then fail in protecting a friend. She loves to make friends and trys to think of any means of coperation before fighting. She is very loving, and could never turn down helping people in need. Very few things could make her mad, such as innocent people dying, senseless killing, and friends getting hurt. She loves to smile, laugh, and has a very positive out-look on life for her sad backround.
-A little young for love...but motherly figures and close friends are welcome!
Ninja. Enough said.

(Awesome profiles!)

Elise:

I quickly notice how nervous Jared was to introductions. I couldn't help but surpass a laugh. The boy doensn't do well with introductions. When the female doll didn't want to shake hands with Jared, he quickly passed the introductions to me.

"Okay... this is Everlee and Skylar," I introduced. Jared held his hand out for either one of them, but they didn't shake it. He pulled it back and gave a nervous smile and said how happy he was to meet them. Everyone just stared at him like he was crazy. I touch my temple with three fingers.

"Well, we're done with introductions," I said, finally breaking the silence. I look to Skylar and give him a "what's up with you?" look. He shrugged, and I rolled my eyes. I looked past Skylar and Everlee, and remember my dead game. I start walking past everyone, and head over to my game that was lying near a fallen log.

Skylar:

I looked at Jared strangely, while Elise headed somewhere else. She always heads off by herself, so I just decided to leave her. Jared looked really nervous, as if he were hiding something. I take Everlee's elbow and drag her somewhere in the forest.

"What's wrong?" she asked me. I looked back. "That rogue seems strange, doesn't he?" I asked. Everlee though for a second.

"Sure, I guess, but I think he was a bit intimidated," she replied. Intimidated? Of what? The dolls? That one pet?

"Well, he should get a grip, he stumbled into a strong group," I said before grabbing Everlee's hand and walk with her back to the area where the boy, the pet, and the other doll was left standing.

(I hope this is okay, I haven't really posted here in a little.)

(so excited! The slaughter begins!)

Reva:

People often spoke of the last words of their victims. The begs for mercy, the brave defiance, I had listened to rouge hunters speak of those last words and watched the killers ignore them and continue on with what they were doing- murder. I had never heard those words. And I never intended to.
I stood in the marketplace of my new town, looking at the wanted signs. It was obvious which was intended for me, and it was amusing to think they wanted me dead or alive, preferably alive. THey had little on me, only that an unknown rogue was killing Dolls and they would pay a huge sum to have me. Of course they wanted me, I had killed hundreds in a matter of weeks. Towns were abandoned, with cram packed graveyards full of fresh graves and sorrow. Finally the Dolls were suffering because of rogues and I had brought it about. That felt good. Good enough to make me want to kill more. I turned from my own nearly blank wanted poster and scanned the crowd. It was a small, isolated place, an easier than easy target. No one would see me coming.
I went into a baker shop and bought my bread, showing my face as the one of a doll. We did not look all that different to each other after all, but there was a decided difference between us. They were worthless and I was their angel of death.
"I would like three travellers loaves please," I said, setting down the appropriate amount of money.
The baker slowly set down said loaves and eyed me suspiciously. "And who're you?"
"Reva Airdronac. Im travelling up to the city to help my uncle. I come from a small village near here, one that was attacked by the invisible rogue and I can't handle it any more. They say that the cities are safest."
"I should have known you were one of the cowards that were fleeing."
I felt my face darken as I looked the fat man in the face. That was uncalled for. I was many things but a coward was not one of them. But Reva the doll never fought back, that was what the invisible rogue was for. I took my food and left the shop, only to release the familiar ripple of light once I was out of sight. I had my new target.

(Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, I've been busy these past few days :D Oh, and Shadow, I like that idea! Really cool!)

Everlee

Jared made Skylar nervious, very nervious. I understood why. Jared was...

Awkward, Darren finished my sentance. He had turned back into his animal form and had been keeping an eye out.

But can you really blame him? I couldn't. He practically just barged in on a small army, and we were instantly on our guard. And then there were all the pretty girls. It made me laugh to think of Jared's reaction to each of the girls. I could see he thought Elise and Seena were really pretty; he obviously had a thing for blonde's.

Skylar led me back to the group, standing next to my side protectively. We got a few curious looks, but nobody asked why we left. It was quiet for a moment.

There are more rogues out there, Darren said after a moment. I nodded.

I know. But, for now, I think we need to focus on finding a new place for the people we have. Then we can go on a scavenger hunt for the others. We were still too close to the village for my taste, even if we walked about an hour, we could still be found. Now there were even more lives at stake, and I wasn't going to take any chances. We had to leave, and go someplace farther away. I looked over to Tess for a moment, and saw our only previsions leaning against a tree.

Thank you Tess, I thought.

"I think we should be moving on," I said, breaking the silence.

Tess:

I nodded. "East?"
"No, West." I turned to see Jared. He didn't seem as akward, now that we were past introductions. "I've heard that there are a lot of abandoned villages there."
"Why?" I asked. I already knew the answer, I was the one who told him.
"There's talk of a so-called 'Invisible Rogue' who keeps killing dolls, at random, it seems. So nobody will be going back to the villages. We'll be completely safe. Or," He smiled and motioned back the way he had come, "We could head over to my place. Nobody has found me there for eleven years." He smiled, even after the look I gave him.

Tige:

"Invisible Rouge huh? that sounds like a member of the Airdronac clan. they seemed to have a bloodline with that." , Everlee turned from talking with Skylar and looked towards me.

"Really? what else do you know about them?" I sat down with a thud trying to remember, it seemed so long ago.

" My previous Rouge Emily and I learned about the different clans to prepare us for our different competitions in the Battle Ring." I started slowly thinking back through my memory.

" We did end up fighting a Airdronac the year the games were outlawed. He and his pet could use fire, half barbecued me. His pet was a lizard dragon like thing." I paused looking right at Everlee so she would understand seriousness of this turn of events.

"They were also very dangerous. Their clans special tactic was invisibility. Sort of like a backwards mirage, instead of seeing things that aren't there, you don't see things that are- It was a crippling advantage. If this rouge is a member of that clan we need to be careful, all of the Airdronac's are said to be very dangerous."

I hope this is alright with everyone.

Elise:

I grab my game and run over to them, I was happy and satisfied with my work. Having a cheerful atmosphere, I made my way over there.

"I have food!" I said, holding up the game. Everyone turned towards me, with a serious atmosphere. Even Skylar, the one who's always happy no matter what was worried.

"What's wrong?" I ask seriously. Tige looked tired, and didn't seem like repeating himself. Skylar took me aside and explained everything to me.

"What's up with this Airdronac clan?" I ask. Awesome, we have more trouble. Myrtle pinched my shoulder with her feet, and I winced. Jared scratched his head, like he didn't know what to say.

"They're very dangerous, and the village we're going to head to might have them," Everlee explained. I looked at them with a skeptical look. It's like the trouble won't stop.

Everlee

"Wont that be alittle too dangerous?" Seena asked from on top of Tige. Tige nodded.

"If we keep our pets out and on alert, we should be fine. And we'll stay as far away as possible from the rogue." I quickly thought of anything else to help us stay unnoticed. "Jared, you can come too if you want. We could really use your help."

Jared nodded. "Wouldn't miss it."

Darren, where's the closest road to the abandoned villages? I asked.

West. You should come to one soon. I got a mental image quickly of the road that went through the village turning sharply to the west.

"Okay," I said. "If we are all ready to go, then I believe it is time to leave." I paused. "Oh, and you might want to cover your heads."

I got alot of confused looks then, but they went away as the sunny sky was blocked by thick, black and blue clouds. "It'll cover our trail," I explained quickly.

Jared:

I was wet, wandering to who knows where, and having the time of my life. This was the first time I had been around so many girls for years, and pretty ones too! I notice that Elise wasn't liking the rain, so I moved the air around her to keep her dry. She gave me a grateful, but still kind of funny look. I heard someone cleaar their throat behind me. It was Tess, obvoiusly upset that I hadn't been a gentleman and done the same for her. I smiled sheepishly, and did my air umbrella over her and the others too, so we were walking in one big air bubble.

We finally reached the road. I decided that now that we had some elbow room (and room to run if they thought I was being rude) I would try and talk Seena, Everlee, and Elise.

I failed.

So the next little ways, I walked in silence, and was very depressed.

:D

Brilliant twist guys! I like it!

Reva:

It was long past sunset, and the bakery was closing. Everything was as it should be. Even the upcoming death. Even as I pushed through the door and watched the baker stare at the spot in confusion I felt nothing but anticipation for the upcoming blood letting. This was what I was made for. He sighed and got back to work, cleaning up for the night. He was getting ready to go home, a home he would never again see. I stepped silently on the wooden planks and drew my dagger, my Darsor. Flesh tore and his body fell to the ground, blood draining from the deep wound on his neck. I watched it pool thickly and nodded in a pleased way. Another Doll down. Thousands to go. I walked back out and moved on to the streets.

Let the bloodletting begin again. As usual, I followed my own pattern, one Doll on the first night. Two the next morning, and then as many as I wished after sunset. One day more and I would be sated. As I walked through the streets for an unobtrusive corner to rest for my long day and night, I stopped before one more window. It was a father and mother playing with their baby, laughing and smiling. They were very clearly Dolls, no rogue ever tossed their child in the air and caught it over and over again. Rogues introduced their children to pets immediately after their births. Yet something drew her to this child, there was something special about it. I stepped closer to the hovel and watched even more closely than before as the child's eyes flashed and a wave of light filled the room, momentarily stunning the parents. For the first time the wave of light did not come from me. The child released it. The child. A rogue.

I backed up and watched the next moments unfold quickly.

Once the parents regained their ability to move, the father yelled and dashed from the room, and the mother burst into tears. She held her child, her own flesh and blood, far from her as if her baby had a disease. Before I could react, the father returned with a pistol and took his child to the back of the house. I heard a quick bang and the unmistakable thud of a body hitting the ground, and my temper flared as my horror grew. The husband returned to the house and took his wife into his arms, holding and comforting her. I could not believe what I saw, what I heard. Even with as many times as I heard bodies fall, I hoped for once that I was mistaken. I rushed around the house, leaping over the fence and froze at what I saw. Disgust welled in me and I saw red. Tomorrow evening would be too far away. These villagers had to suffer for what they did.

Elise:

We were walking in the cold rain that Everlee cast here. I walked with my head down, to ensure that no raindrop comes in contact with my face. I suddenly notice that no raindrop has touched my hair. I look up to see it still raining, but it looked like a sheild was above me. I look at Jared, who smiled at me. I was grateful, but made a face that had two expressions. We all walked in silence.

Myrtle pinched my shoulder, and I winced. "What was that about?!" I whispered to Myrtle. She just gave me a funny expression with her eyes. I rolled my eyes and walked closer with Jared. His eyes widened at this.

"Myrtle thought I needed company, and she didn't want to be it," I explain in a jokingly way. Jared chuckled.
