The Breed

Okay, another vampire storybook.

Vampires are waging an underground war against each other. The Breed versus the Rogues.

The Breed. The Breed are vampires with noble hearts and minds. They talk, feel, can get hurt, and act like humans, just with that typical thirst for blood and allergy to sunlight. They fight for the righteous and to protect, and are trying to enahalate the Rogues.

The Rogues. Your typical, bad vamp that likes to kill and gorge himself on blood, these blood-addicts are lethal and very dangerous with no sense of selfcontrol and satisfaction. They are trying to take over the world.

Then you have the humans.

Breedmates are human women with rare abilities. Once blood-bonded to a vampire, they are able to bear that vampire's children, thus birthing the next vampire generation. They also have their own special abilities, but nothing too supernatural.

Minions are humans under the control of a Rogue leader. They have no mind of their own and must abide by every rule their "master" sets, without arguments.

Okay, now that you know the basic teams and situation...now for the rules...

1) Only male characters can be vampires.
2) To blood-bond, a vampire male and a human woman must first develope a strong friendship and/or love. Then you drink each other's blood.
3) It's a war. Have a few fight scenes!
4) Keep graphics to an acceptable level.
5) Try to keep it to one character per team (Breed, Rogue, human).
6) No killing anyone's character(s) without permission!
7) Even vampires can have weaknesses. No god-moding!

Background: He keeps his history to himself. Partly out of shame, mostly because it either doesn't matter or he can't recall certain bits.

Personality: He's quiet, preferring to spend his time in study than at large social gatherings. He's more of a pessimist than an optimist, but his opinions are strong and he uses logic behind his decisions. He hates diving head-first into a problem and takes the time to step back and consider different alternatives. He is independent, courageous, responsible, honorable, charming, and witty. He doesn't really have a temper.

Background: His father was a servant to a vampire and he never knew his mother. When his father died he escaped his slave hood and took an oath to kill every last vampire.

Very good questions. Only once. You can go from the Breed to Rogue, but not vice versa. Rogues can't be changed because of their addiction to blood; it corrupts their systems and leaves them permanently "evil," for lack of a better word.

Usually, nothing happens when Vamps share blood.

While the Breed still have a lot of humanity, the only thing Rogues can't really do is feel sympathy or love. That's about it.

Background: Is the son of an Italian Breedmate and a 1st Generation vampire. Was raised in peace, but after the brutal slaughter of his parents and younger brother, he joined up with the Breed warriors.
Appearance: 6'1", moderately built, shaggy brown hair, pale green eyes that turn gold when he's angry, tends to hide his fangs, and has a string of intricate geometrical tattoos along his right arm and across his chest

Background: Is the daughter of an artist and a freelance singer. Is a veterinarian and animal trainer/handler.
Appearance: 5'7", slight but with curves, long blonde hair, brown eyes

Name: Walter Rose

Race: Human

Age: 29

Team: Rogues (Minion)

Background: Sworn into service to the Rogues at a young age. Acts as one of their assassins, showing complete and utter loyalty. Savage, violent, passionate and quick to anger. He can keep his emotions in check when given specific orders, but will show little discipline when not on the job. His pain threshold is out of control, and he won't stop doing his thing until he is completely physically unable to do so. He is also a habitual smoker.

Appearance: Pretty gross. His hair is grayish black and matted, rarely cleaned. Stands at about six feet in his boots, clad in a dirty maroon vest over a gray sweater (he changes clothes about once a month, with little verying in his attire). His teeth are long a yellow from his frequent smoking, and he'll usually have a cigerette in his mouth. Wears a fat belt where a sheath and holster are clipped, housing a pistol and knife respectively. The metal used for the blade of the knife and bullets for the pistol was melted down from crucifixes and given enchantments so that they are effective against Vampires.

Background/personality: Venna lost her whole family to vampire at a young age. The trauma changed her, leaving her to grow up with some odd quirks. She sometimes withdraws into herself and becomes quiet and thoughtful/sad, but for the most part, she's cheery and open minded around other people.

personaltiy: She is kind and free going. Totaly independent and loves to be happy.

history: though her mother and father are a vapmire and a human Monanoke is more human then her mother not only in the mind but also in body and soul. She is incretibly weak for a vampire human mix but she is incretibly beautiful. For some strange reason she dosen't have a need for blood and the sunlight does not harm her. For these reasons she is condidered human.

Monanoke walked towards the store. Her mother, Elizabeth, had given her the task of buying the milk and bread that Her mother and Monanoke ate. While her father, Dante, asked her to grab some more coffee bags.

Monanoke's soft, pure, pale skin seemed to glow in the sunlight. She enjoyed the pleasure of the ear;y morning sun's warmth. The Black haired girl was indeed a vampire; since her long teeth and ability to drink blood was still present. Yet she was the weakest vampire and she can go in the sunlight. Monanoke hated the taste of blood and thus stayed with eating human food.

She sighed." I am such a disgrace to my father and mother. I'm nothing but a burden."

Name: Jenna Winters

Alliance: Breed, but not strongly

Age: 21

Occupation: studying English literature

Appearance: she's tall, around 6', with wide brown eyes, pale skin and layered shoulder length brown hair that she recently tried to dye blonde. That was a mistake. She's taken to wearing hats to hide it, specifically this one: http://www.monsoon.co.uk/invt/29132213
She wears black eye make up but that's it.

Peronality: Jenna is bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and always ready for a laugh. She is completely and utterly human (which is why I chose to show a picture of a hat instead of a beautiful anime)

History: Her sister became a breed-mate, her brother's a minion. Jenna thinks that it's probably best if she stays out of the whole thing... obviously that's not going to happen with her background she realises, although she'd much prefer to fall in love with a Breed like Heather (her sister) did than be brainwashed into being a minion like Sam (her brother) was.
