Jackie

I swallow and shrug, still looking at Rayah.

Nic

I sigh and lie Jace down, standing and washing my face in the bathroom.

Jackie

I watch him before gently shaking Rayah for her to wake, sighing.

Nic

I dry my face and walk back to Jace, finding him mumbling in his sleep about something.

Jackie

Rayah wakes and looks at me before yawning, sitting up.

Nic

I let Jace dream, smoothing his hair back to calm him a bit.

Jackie

Rayah looks at her hands before realizing it wasn't all a dream before moaning and falling back again.

Nic

Jace wakes and sits up, looking around frightfully before realizing everything's the same. His shoulders sag and I watch him look down.

Jackie

Rayah sets her hand on her stomach curiously and I flash a smile, "Thay's impossible, Ray," I chuckle, "Couldn't have happened yet."

"Well I'm sorry I haven't had the talk with you about that yet..." She mutters.

I swallow and my face palens, Oh sh*t. I still have to do that...don't I?

Nic

Jace looks up at me, confused, and I shake my head. No. I am not going over that with you. That's disgusting and is a job I did not sign up for.

Jackie

I fall back and moan, "I'm not going over that with you."

She sighs, "Then when it happens...I won't understand one thing that's going on."

I look at her, "Fine. I'll give you the short version. A girl and boy fall in love and do things that make another human being inside of them."

She glares at me and I sigh, "You asked."

Nic

Jace looks at the two, half disgusted and half embarrassed. I shake my head and turn his face away, pushing him down. You're so related to me...

Jackie

"I have a question," Rayah asks, looking at me, "So...the baby is in the girl right?"

I look at her, "Yes, Ray."

She nods and bites her lip, "So like, the guy doesn't have to do anything."

I sigh, "He does, Ray."

"How?"

I facepalm myself and don't answer, burying my face in a pillow.

Nic

I glance at them, "Just... you don't need to know specifics. Please. It's really awkward to say."

Jackie

Rayah shrugs, looking down at her stomach again.

I look at her, "Stop it."

She looks back at me, "What?"

"Your not prego," I simply say.

She shrugs again and I sigh, "You confuse me."
