Alright, so we want them to be older. How old were you thinking?

I like that. They’re coming into themselves. How big of a role do you want the whole chosen one thing to play?

So am I. Especially ones where the prophecies are just vague enough to have multiple outcomes. That’s the good stuff, right there.

i did not forget about this i swearrrrr (okay maybe, listen, its hard juggling so many things at once, my brain drops some on accident xD)
me TOO gosh im a huge sucker for prophecies in roleplays because its an easy way to incite an adventure but i also love prophecies that allow multiple ways of interpreting it.
sooo I'd like to think that the prophecy is a pretty big dealio, especially to our twins because, well, they've probably been hearing it all their lives
I agree. Their prophecy is a big deal, to them and pretty much everyone else. So, what exactly are they prophesied to do? And why is it so hard for them to figure it out?
One idea I had is that they come from a world where prophesies are relatively common, but usually minor. Like you’re destined to sneeze on Tuesday March 2nd or something. Everyone gets their prophecy when they turn a certain age, but our heroes are either too impatient to wait or pressured into acting, so they go on an adventure to try and discover which one is the chosen one. Maybe they’re destined to help others achieve their prophecies or they’ll become the protector of the world. What do you think?

I think it would be very funny if they didn't actually know what their prophecy was about, like, when they were born, a seer or someone tried to read their prophecy and their eyes just burned out and everyone was like "DOOM"
I love that idea. They just know one of them (or both, if we want to confuse them even more) are rumored to do something great (or terrible), but they have no idea. Imagine the chaos.

I feel like they’d see an opportunity to do something and they’d be like, “Prophecy opportunity? Prophecy opportunity.”

I really want my character to have a gender discovery arc where they discover they’re non-binary because I want them to face a villain that can’t “be defeated by a man or a woman.”
