I will have my SB post up by the end of today I promise! @Elinor Brynn
I didn't even start writing it

Alicia's post is up. @TinyJarStoredDreams I left the ending fairly open so you have some space in interpreting the first conversation they have.
If you haven't posted yet, please do (@Iggy, @Birkhoff)! Afterwards I'll post for Jason again as he leaves to go into town, and then we'll have some bonding with the entire group before Jason gets back in the evening and prepares everyone for the first day of shooting (let's call it two days from where we are, but we can skip ahead as we need to).

If people feel like they have something to contribute to this breakfast scene that would be great, otherwise whoever wants to post next can time skip to when Jason comes back from getting the costumes and the "props" in the evening. Since the internet is officially down, everyone will probably be hanging out outside together, whether they want to or not, but probably will be bored and tense for their own reasons. Some of the others will probably question Sam and Valerie about the river, otherwise I'm curious to see what ideas you guys have.

@StellaThomas- it would be best if you started your scene with you seeing the capybara and then scaring it away and then Valerie getting mad at you!
Here is a picture of a capybara(it lives in the Amazon and is the largest rodent)

First of all, @pretzelsing the costumes would not be brightly colored, and the shirts would not say "the lost ones" - this is what the characters are going to be wearing in the film. In its context, the government would give the kids efficient and practical clothing - so neutral tones. Imagine what you would wear if you knew you were going a while in the jungle. Also, each actor will only have the one costume. And it will really just be one- stay tuned.
Secondly, please keep in mind that other characters might not be quite ready to time skip yet and may want to write about what they were up to that day, since Jason doesn't come back until the evening.

So what happens is that Mason scares away the capybara just about when Valerie was about to take a picture. Then he comes and scares it away so Valerie shouts out: "GO AWAY!" Valerie plots with Samantha and here is what (Stella and I) they will go into Mason's trailer at night and then they will spill those muscle-making milk shakes on the carpet and sneak out.The next morning Mason will get on the floor and sneak out of his bed, onto the spilled shake, and land on his butt, in an embarrassing incident.
The best part is that Valerie alerts everyone in the SB so that they stand in the window's of Mason't trailers watching what happened. SO they see it.
Finally when Mason goes on the hike, his ankle hurts so he is whining and lagging behind the whole time.
@StellaThomas=she keeps on saying:poor soul, poor kid mwahahah! (it was her idea too)
