If you see a review spammer, please report the post in question. To report, all you need to do is click the red exclamation mark in the upper right hand corner of the post. When you do so, you'll see a "Reason" box with a drop-down. Don't worry about that really; it's kind of meaningless. But if you want, you can choose "Spam" as the reason.

So, what exactly is review spam? Here are examples:

- Quoting the piece without adding anything
- Meaningless gibberish (e.g., "kbskjfasd").
- Copying and pasting another review
- Copying and pasting the same review over and over

That pretty much covers it. Of course, there's a ton more that could be review spam, but we really don't want to get into the business of critiquing critiques. Rather, we just want to concentrate on the stuff that is obviously review spam without a shadow of a doubt. So even if 1% of doubt exists, we tend to leave it alone.

The mods and JMs tend to love getting a hand in spotting spam reviews, as well. :)
