I like the new emphasis on short stories. It might help with the issue of them dying. It's a bit confusing, but I'll get used to it.

The new Read/Write format threw me off for a bit. But I like how short stories are now separate from actual novels in progress; makes it much easier.

And I panicked when I didn't see Other Fiction at first.

psychopaths and mystery writers.

I like the YWS novels thing. It'll be so much easier to post a novel and not have to count on people to go back and find old chapters! Thank you so much!

Also, the bolded thing. Very much apreciated. I clicked the wrong button the first time and absolutely panicked when I didn't see what I expected.

YWS Novels
Started working on this in early January, and haven't done anything since (some may remember the Teddy Ruxpin series which were my testing topics for this feature).

Dunno if I should have, but I noticed that. It was a little button up top above one of my consecutive chapters. I played around with it a bit despite the "This feature does not work!" it's awesome.

I noticed that the review counts for last month changed around. Is this related at all? Perhaps reviews that were made on chapters that were moved are not counted any more? Because there are no sections under the stats tally for the new novel sections?

Thank you, Nate, for the hard work you put into this website everyday. It's very appreciated.

As for the Facebook thing, I think that's cool. Only question is, will you already be following people that are your friends currently on YWS?

Also, I did notice the change of the formatting, but for some reason, it squashed all my paragraphs and everything together. And it's not being indented at all. Do I need to intend it now when I copy and paste? I used to, but when I saw it made no difference I stopped.

Down at the bottom of the page where you copy-pasted your story, there's the Special Formatting option. If you want spacing and indents, you'll need to select Story.

I did. Doesn't really work for me. :\

No worries though, none at all. The site is great so far, and getting better by the second. ^^

Nate... is there any way you can send mass messages about all this? I don't come on here as often as I used to...

The problem is, for every one person that likes mass messages about YWS updates, you have 15 people who hate them and 5 people who will PM and fill up Nate's inbox, even when Nate expressly asks not to be PMed for the mass PM. ;)

Just check the Information Desk! It's a lot easier that way. :)
