I really like the idea, but I wish that this idea had more publicity. Right now the page is something of a barren wasteland.
The first million words you write are for practice. It doesn't count. Practice getting rejection letters. Don't worry. It doesn't count. If someone accepts your practice novel, it doesn't count either. Practice cashing that check. (-David Gerrold)
When I reach that mature age, I shall buzz right over there. For now, it's great to be here on YWS, but it's nice to know that my future is provided for. ^.~

Aye, it does need more publicity, or at least more activity. I might put some effort into it soon, but I'm not even sure if anything would come of it.
I do have a couple of ideas though, and eventually something is going to happen. Eventually just means sometime this year. The main problem is that YWS really is a full time job, so that on top of law school and my personal life means I don't have much time left over. So what I may do is spend a couple weeks building the site up, then hand it pretty much over to a few people to handle the site completely from there.
That's great! How do you pay for all this? It ust be a bit of an expense. I'm sure people would be only to grateful to donate. I would, but I am only 14 nd don't have a credit card lol
I keep clicking "I accept" on the Terms and Conditons, and all it seems to do is "refresh" the page.

I'm not even angry... I'm being so sincere right now.
Even though you broke my heart.
And killed me... And tore me to pieces.
And threw every piece into a fire.

Wow, that is sooooo cool! I'll be 18 in a few months, maybe I'll join then. Of course, I'll be so busy with end-of-year/high school grad. stuff that it could take me a few weeks.
