I realize this is a bit late notice (okay, very late notice!), but here we go again: another Review Day!

So what is a Reviewing day? On the last Sunday of every month, YWS holds a reviewing day. But since this Sunday is Halloween, we're going with Saturday instead. This means:
  • No new literary works can be submitted (you can wait 24 hours!)
  • The Featured Works block on the front page is changed to a Last 5 Reviews block
  • You can earn up to 100 points per review instead of the normal 50
  • A check-in thread in the Lounge for letting everyone know how many reviews you've done

The goal this time is just 420 reviews; something we've always easily hit before. It's lower since a lot of people may be doing Halloween type things on Saturday, and also because we simply don't need to do as much. The Review Ratio is already at 3.1, which is above average. The goal is to bring it up to 3.6, which requires 420 reviews.

Now, because the Earth is round and it tends to spin, not everyone has Saturday at the same time. So we're going to go by Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and declare 12:01 am GMT to 11:59 pm GMT as the YWS Reviewing Saturday. Some international times for that are below:

United Kingdom: 1:01 am (Sunday) to 12:59 am (Monday)

United States & Canada
Atlantic: 9:01 pm (Friday) to 8:59 pm (Saturday)
Eastern: 8:01 pm (Friday) to 7:59 pm (Saturday)
Central: 7:01 pm (Friday) to 6:59 pm (Saturday)
Western: 6:01 pm (Friday) to 5:59 pm (Saturday)
Pacific: 5:01 pm (Friday) to 4:49 pm (Saturday)

New Zealand: 12:01 pm (Saturday) to 11:59 am (Sunday)

Australia
Eastern: 10:01 am (Saturday) to 9:59 am (Sunday)
Central: 9:31 am (Saturday) to 9:29 am (Sunday)
Western: 8:01 am (Saturday) to 7:59 am (Sunday)

India: 5:31 am (Saturday) to 5:29 am (Sunday)

Please note that the above times may not be accurate for everyone; this time of year is where everyone starts switching from daylight savings to standard time, which makes this all much more complicated. But, if it's off, it's only off by an hour.

This time I'm definitely going to review! I didn't do much last time; Saturday's the day!

I'm going for 20 a day. 3 a day is a lot for me ;)

I didn't know what to put here so I put this.

Wow... Reviewing Sunday is, like, now... On Saturday morning in the UK... xD

Maybe it's a not so terrible day for me to do it, after all... I'm going out with friends tomorrow/today though (It's 2:27 am... Yeah, I'm going to sleep now), so I'm not sure that I'll be able to fit many reviews in.

Nonetheless... I will try!
I didn't know what to put here so I put this.

I've never really understood DST.
But yes, I'm reviewing!

I'm surprised nobody's really raided unanswered works and works with 1 review yet.

I did one! But now I must vanish for awhile to get work done.
