Hello! I'm Jennifer, but you might want to call me JFW1415 since there must be a million Jennifer's on this site. Anyway, I was looking for a place to get some feedback on my work, and found this place. I'm kind of new to writing, so none of it will be that good (yet,) but I'd love critique once I start posting. And I'll probably be doing plenty of it myself, since I love to write. Also, even though I can't write that yet (yet,) I know what makes a good story. (Now if only I could write one...lol)

I guess you could call me Jen or Jennifer if you'd like....
Just NEVER Jenn or Jenny. (One 'n' please. :P All the rest of my family have four letters in their names, I'd like to be unique.)

Are we allowed to say 'lol' on here, though? Because somewhere it said no chat speak. Is that little bit okay?

I don't really write one specific thing. Right now it's mainly short stories to get into writing more, but after that, who knows?

Also, what's that 'digg it' button at the top?

Hey! Tis nutty here!

The Digg button? I have not a clue, to be honest. I havn't checked it out.
Anyway, welcome to YWS! Can I just call you JFW? It's easy lol. And, if it is an informal post, 'lol' is usually accepted, as long it's not at the end of every sentence.
And in chat, 'lol' is accepted, but mostly people prefer to keep to real words. (I was told this within five minutes of joining, so just passing on the info heheh)

Anyway, feel free to call me anything you like. Nutty, Nutt, Chook, I don't really mind. I was even called Cashew once. And make sure you enjoy yourself here. It can get a bit nuts, but that's half the fun...

Anyway! I'm blathering on, as usual. seeya 'round *waves*

Hey Jennifer! Don't worry that you're new to writing, this is what YWS is here for.

Hey, there!
I just reviewed your story, so I thought I'd come say hello. You sure if it's okay if we call you Jen? (I don't like using my real name online, myself.)

Anywho, I'm Meep. (Not a whole lot you can do to shorten a one-syllable nickname.) I liked your story, and I hope to see you around. Feel free to contact me if you need any help (or just feel like chatting).

Yeah, it's fine if you call me Jen. Or JFW. Whatever you'd like, really. :P I'm not posting my last name here, so I don't mind being called by my real name.
