Welcome! YWS is lovely. There's a small group of Canadians here - I'm currently living in British Columbia, but I'll be moving to Paris soon.

There's lots to do on YWS and it's terribly friendly. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me but there are also very helpful moderators and such.

Thank-you! I mostly like writing about history....or making up my own world, back in the medieval times. I find modern day books boring to write about, I guess. Swords, shields, and cloaked soldiers are more intriguing to me.
