I just had a question that seems kind of ironic. Why is there stuff on this site that is labeled 18+ on a site that is meant for 10-18 year olds? It just seemed a little strange to me...
Heh, it can be a bit odd. But, there are a lot of 14-year-olds out there who write stuff that really needs an 18+ rating.
Plus, the 18+ rating is kind of a misnomer -- it's a warning more than anything else. On YWS, any work with strong language requires an 18+ rating. This article goes more into the content rating system: Content Ratings Guidelines
