About the time period, I think it would be cool if it could be in the past, like centuries before.
“The strong person is not the one who can wrestle someone else down. The strong person is the one who can control himself when he is angry.”

“It is better to sit alone than in company with the bad; and it is better still to sit with the good than alone.”

Do you mean the characters coming from the past or the island?

The Island.

Isn't it too late to change the time period it is set on? Unless you're saying it would be cool for the island to pull people from the future rather than the past...

It's not too late because we haven't revealed anything about the island yet really

The island goes back ages.. it is in history practically and you should discover that as you are there. Anyone could be there or even anything. :) Does that clear any questions?

Since I haven't made a post yet, which I'm planning to do soon by the way, if the island kinda transcends time like it seems you're saying, is it possible if I wanted to that my character could come from less modern times? medieval maybe? or some other time?
