I wish I could become invisible at will.

Granted, but once you are visible, nobody notices you.

I wish that I could live without having to sleep.

Granted, but you always want to sleep.

Granted, but then that wish would be, of course, terribly corrupted.

I wish I could pause time.

Granted, but you stop too and can't unfreeze it.

I wish my foot didn't fall asleep.

Granted, but then your hand falls asleep.

I wish I could speak giraffe.

Granted, but the giraffes are rude and hate you.

I wish that wishes came true.

Granted, but in a terrible mess of paradoxes, the world is sucked into a black hole and explodes to smithereens when it reaches another dimension; naturally, everyone perishes, leaving no one left to wish a wish, even if though wish would have come true.

I wish that I could make the sky change to whatever color I feel like.

Wish granted, but now the sky (and atmosphere) is gone and everyone is dead.

I wish I had a clue about life.

Granted, but then you would be forced to share this clue publicly with everyone in the world.

I wish that I could just watch TV all day.

Granted, but you can only watch your least favorite shows.
