Delerium is already a band from Canada, formed in 1987. We The People was a band from the 1960s. The Diversions are a Scottish band. Asterism is a band from New Orleans, formed in 2008. Affinity was an English band in the 1960s and 70s. Estrange is already a band from Malaysia, formed in 2001. Between the Lines is a band from Florida, formed in 2008. So I guess your only choice out of these is Vocem. But like I said, it's probably a better idea to write some songs and learn your instruments and rehearse and stuff before you start thinking about the band's name. Also, all the coolest names have a meaning behind them, not just "the name sounds cool".

Wait a second. Delerium is the band from Canada, but the name up for voting is Delirium. Delirium is actually an Italian progressive rock band, but it's a lot more obscure than Delerium, if that matters.
But if the silence takes you, then I hope it takes me too.
I just want to point out that picking a band name is much more than just thinking it's cool, like Karzkin said. It should have some sort of significant meaning behind it, so in case you are being interviewed and they ask, "Why ____?" You don't want to just sit there, looking confused, and they racking your brain for a better reason that, "It was coooool."
Another thing is that trying to find a band name is just as hard as finding a free unique username on Instagram or Pintrest. It's nearly impossible to find one without having to add in an "x" to the beginning or end, or adding in numbers. You'll need to choose a cool name, then Google it for history. See if it has already been claimed. You gotta do your research.
Anyways, I like We The People best, but I'm pretty sure it's already a band name. Make sure you research it! ^^

Actually, it does matter, because of trademark and copyright issues.
There was an article somewhere about a band named Fun, who was somewhat of a rocker band. Since fun. wanted to make their band name what it is today, but couldn't do it without facing a lawsuit, they had to meet up with Fun and ask permission. The band said it was okay, as long as they lowercased the "f" and added a period at the end, to distinguish the two bands from each other.

If it's not going to be a big band, it doesn't really matter. She's asking our opinions on which one we like the best, not the ones that haven't been used before.
