How did Bion, now at twenty, join the Trojan war and Acaeus, now at 36, was born after the Trojan war?

Not to mention this is about ten years after the Trojan war, right? So Alcaeus would have been 26, and Bion was fighting in it....at ten years old?

I always thought his journey was ten years long. I don't really know, though hahaha. I haven't read it since freshman year of high school, and even then I just skimmed it hahaha

Ha. Wikipedia agrees with you. The Odysset itself only narrates 34-40 days of it though.

I couldn't find evidence pointing as to 20 on my book, and I can't be bothered to look more. Ten years it is.
