My character's a girl XD

Something I want to see in this Storybook. Someone falling in love with some one from the opposite team.

I've played a lot of bi/ unsure characters in the past so my char would be up for that, though we are a little shorter on guys than girls xD

Oh man, now you're making me miss Daniel! He was one of my favourite characters to play ever.

Jed has only had one girlfriend and he had to kill her...

I don't think he knows what he likes yet.

Scarlett's relation is with the trees, she doesn't care about humans.

Well Verity would be open to some kind of relationship, I think it'd be good for her since she hasn't been with anybody since before she was fourteen. x)

Also (and I'm just taking a shot in the dark here), if the heroes didn't know each other before the SB, we could start during the Snow Queens first attack. Whereas the heroes are all civilians but happen to be in the same place, our first post could explain how we go from our civilian identities into our superhero ones: i.e. costume change in a toilet or something xD

We could help some actual civilians and after that, the Snow Queen could give a speech and a couple of villains whom she's already recruited could be beside her?

Gil is up for all kinds of relationships - more serious ones, however, I'm willing to consider, but those take time to develop in my book, do I won't have him falling in love on first sight :3

I agree with horizon, in terms of introducing the heroes. Also, Killian is probably going to end up with Lucille, but I'm not completely married to the idea, so maybe she'll die instead.

I'm considering to not have Jasmin up for love, but I'm not entirely sure yet. She's incredibly smart, but very questiontive. She doesb't mind men or women for she has had relationships with both genders in the past. But if anyone wants to have a relationship with her, let me know before having your character flirt with her.

I'm not sure. It's been done successfully few times - so we'll see. As far as my characters go, Izzy has Derek, and Elissa needs to be alone-but it might be fun if she could have an unrequited pining for one of the other characters. :3

Would you mind if I made Verity immune to Gil's abilities whilst she's intangible? I obviously got the power idea from X-Men and one benefit is that Kitty Pryde's power makes her immune to telepathy and other mind altering abilities because whilst phased it's like there isn't a mind to read at all? I think it would make sense for Verity to have the same advantage.

Also, is the SB going to have frequent battle scenes? I kind of chose Verity's powers based on the fact that she'll be defending herself against villains. So I just wanted to double check rather than assume.

Battle scenes are a given, I'm sure. Cannibalistic butterflies everywhere.

Yes! if any of you have ever watched the 60s Batman TV Series, each episode basically starts off with Bruce and Dick at Wayne Manor. They get a distress call, and have to make a humorous excuse to the servants to leave. They go down to the Batcave, change into their costumes, and away they go.

How I'd like to start out is have each set of characters in their respective bases.

The Hero Base:



- The pool table would (when turned over) double as a computer that contains a map of the city with a point to where the conflict is occurring, an easy search engine for whatever they need to know, and easy phone/video messaging to the police - but Elissa could find a way to hack it.

- The bookshelves (pretend there are more than just one) hide each character's costume.

- The paintings hide weapons/whatever else they might need.

- The TV would be just like a regular TV, but would automatically set to the news whenever there's a conflict they need to know about.

- The back room would contain a bar where they could eat, as well as a research area with a couple of computers/first aid/science stuff to repair wounds and heal.

The Villain Base



- Each item would have the same basic function as those of the hero base, but instead of the pool table acting like a computer, it would be the counter.

I'll make the first post and establish the tone for both characters. The heroes could get a distress call, and have a low stakes battle out in the open city. And later that night, it would start furiously snowing, even though it's the middle of summer. And then they would realize something was wrong and we'll go from there.

The only one who has an execuse to not be in the Hero base is Jasmin, I actually plan to have her start out at the Villain base. Chatting up the Snow Queen.
