Okay- so it looks like the only people who are responding to the DT and SB Are as follows. (With KatKage pending as she is waiting to hear from Yubbies.)
FictionFanatic- playing Jackson prince of Harrow and the King and Queen of Draconia. Liv- Playing August prince of Yilila
Yubbies- playing Aris princess of Yilila and Rhay prince of Draconia.
Shadowlight- Playing Briac prince of Bryni, Cecily Princess of Bryni, and the King and queen of Bryni- (And Princess Saja of Draconia which is pending the return of Katkage.)
KatKage(pending)- playing Kana princess of Draconia.
No one else is responding to the DT or the SB so I am assuming these above mentioned SBers are the only ones interested in continuing Arranges Marriages. SO in leu of that the pairings are as follows.
Aris (Yubbies) Paired with Jackson (Fiction) August(liv) Paired with the princess of Draconia( whoever she ends up being) Rhay(Yubbies) Paired with Cecily (Shadow) Briac (shadow) Paired with no one at the moment.
This is how the SB stands at the moment. I'm not sure if Yubbies would wan to reopen the SB to get those missing slots filled again or what- that is her call. this is just who we have and who is getting married off to who. :3

Interests/Hobbies: Living in Harrow, Rosie doesn't get out very often, but loves to be outside. She loves going to new places and exploring, finding out what it's like, and she has a fascination with plants/greenery. Rosie is really big on reading, which is why she is so smart. She loves animals, and she has a kitten. Rosie loves to make people feel better and lives to make people smile. She makes it her goal to know everyone she is around, and always remembers them.
Personality: Rosie is a sweet, innocent girl. She enjoys the simple things in life and doesn't see much wrong with it. She likes to laugh and will do anything to get someone to smile. She is very easy to talk to and is very empathetic. However, despite the fact that she can seem childlike she is actually extremely smart and very mature for her age. She's very affectionate, touching people when she talks and kissing people on the cheek as hello and goodbye. She's nowhere near shy, and is very curious and adventurous.
Appearance: Rosie is strikingly beautiful with an olive skin tone, straight black hair to her shoulders, and brilliant silver eyes surrounded by thick black lashes. She stands at 5'5" with a slender build. She is naturally petite, which makes her look a bit younger. However, her face makes her look older. Her cheeks are rosey, her lips full, and her eyes always have a glint of innocent mischief. When she's nervous she bites the right side of her bottom lip.
Where Yubbies left us off with her plot ideas was this dinner party.
ALl the young princes and princesses and their parents go to a banquet- but the children are not allowed to speak to one another. they have a parent on each side- so I assume the parents are going to be testing the waters for possible political matches,
SO- I would suggest we do that dinner party. the princes and princesses can be talking to their siblings or just thinking about those around the table and those of us who are controlling parents I'd say lets start the match making! XD'

I am back on probation! Thank-you so much Shadowlight! Wow, you guys did great without me! Keep it up! I will post as soon as I get back from my orthodontist meeting this evening.
And yes, I'm sorry, but KatKage can't play her character anymore. If she want, I have given her the option to play one of the remaining Kings and Queens.
