Jag

"I'm not," I lie, smiling at her admiringly. "I'm just tired."

Emma

I chuckle, "Your a horrible liar."

Jag

I smile fully and allow myself to speed up again, catching up with her, "I know."

Emma

I shake my head at him, stopping and biting my lip.

Jag

I stop when she does and turn to her, "What's wrong?"

Emma

I shrug, "Just tired."

Jag

I hold out my arms for her, "I'll carry you. Or try to. I might lose consciousness in a bit. Or at least that's what I've heard happens."

Emma

I sigh, smiling, "I'm fine."

Jag

I smile back and take her hand, "Let's get back to the house then. I'm starting to taste blood... nasty sh*t."

Emma

I nod, "I thought you liked blood since your half vampire..."

Jag

I shrug, "I do... but this stuff doesn't taste good at all."

Emma

I shake my head at him, getting to the house.

Jag

I smile lightly and open the door for her, letting her in first.

Emma

I walk in first, plopping on the bed and thinking.

Jag

I head to the bathroom, showering quick and changing into sweatpants and a tank top. Exhausted all of a sudden, I trudge out to the bed and plop down beside Emma.
