Just as I put my tux away, the door opens and Emma walks in. I smile and turn around, shutting the closet, "Hey."

Emma

I run a hand through my hair and sit on the side of the bed, "I snuck out. I don't think they'll notice us gone."

Jag

I think, "Wait... snuck us out of where? The events and stuff?"

Emma

I shake my head, "The mall," I smile.

Jag

I flash a smile back, "Oh. I just left."

Emma

I nod and chuckle, sighing.

Jag

I nod and smile at her, plopping on the bed.

Emma

I watch him, "You ran out of that dressing room like they were selling free ice cream..." I lie next to him, smiling, "Never saw you run that fast."

Jag

I smile and look at her, "I got a good offer. Didn't want to miss it."

Emma

I flash a smile, "Oh really?"

Jag

I keep my smile and nod, "Oh yeah."

Emma

I shake my head at him, "When do you want it."

Jag

I shrug, "Whenever you feel like following through with it."

Emma

I shake my head, "No. You tell me when."

Jag

I narrow my eyes playfully and think, "After the ball? Or now. Whichever's better."
