I catch up and follow her down.

I study her, "Y-you said that it was ours, Jacks, but you were upset."

I plop on the couch, watching him.

I nod and look at the ceiling, "Someone was taking her, Nic. I couldn't let that happen."

I sit next to her,s ighing.

I watch her, "Her? R-Rayah said that it was the future. Does that mean we..."

I wrap my arms around him, sighing as well.

I swallow and think about it all, keeping my forehead against hers.

I yawn, glancing around.

I study him, kissing his nose.

Jace

I take a deep breath and bite the inside of my lip.

I flash a smile, "It's a lot to think about."

Rayah

I hesitate before kissing him, not being able to help it. I realize what I'm doing and pull back, "S-Sorry."

If I'd known he's liked me...I would've let him in sooner.

Jace

I kiss her back and stare at her when she pulls back, "Uh... what are you apologizing for? You didn't do anything wrong. I-I like you."
