I smile and sink into the water, slipping out of his arms. I laugh as he chases after me . I swim to the steps. While I am getting out, I feel eyes watching. "Hey baby, why don't you come over here." Some guy says.
"Why don't you stop checking me out and don't talk to me." I say.
"Playing hard to get are we?" He asks.
"No, I am trying not to cause a scene." I say. His eyes travel down. "There will be one if you look there again." I warn. I try not to show how violated in feel. I hope Chance right behind me. Clearly this guy was not taking me seriously.
