I had a thread like this a while ago, but it got lost somewhere. Anyway, I decided to start a new one. I promise to provide you with high quality, detailed reviews of your work as long as it does not fall under the following categories:
1. Poetry
2.Lyrics
3. Fan- Fic
4. Pieces over 2,000 words (I simply do not have the time to write a high quality review on a piece longer than that).
5. Pieces which have two or more detailed reviews. By that I mean, reviews which offer numerous tips on how to improve your work, as opposed to feel good reviews. Come on, so many people don't even get one! Go back, use the advice in those reviews, edit your work and THEN come to me
Your piece will also achieve a STAR rating from me :p

10 stars= Fantabulous
(Nothing to do here)9 stars= Almost Fantabulous
8 stars=Well on its way to Fantabulousness
7 stars= Sort of Fantabulous
6 stars= Awesome
5 stars= Ok, nothing to brag about.
4 stars= Has potential, but nothing great yet.
3 stars= Seems rushed, with careless errors, but ok
2 stars= Very rushed, not ok
1 star= Needs a lot of work!
But worry not, on YWS, you will always find a way to push your story to a 10, as long as you are willing to put in the effort
I don't know if yours truly is a 10 on any level yet, but I have immensly improved because of this site.
