I think, "What do you like to do?"

Lucian

I think, biting my lip, "I don't know. I like being around you and Blithe. Not other people though."

Halee

I sigh, "Why not other people?"

Lucian

I shift uncomfortably, "I-I just don't like strangers. I don't like people I don't know."

Halee

I frown, "But that's how you make friends."

Lucian

I shrug and look down, rubbing my wrist, "I don't like friends. I just like you, Blithe, Ian, and Ella. Oh, and Kyle. He's okay. Loud though..."

Halee

I make him look at me and take his face in my hands, "Luce...you can't just depend on us. If something happened...who would you go to?"

Lucian

I study her, "I don't want to think about any of that, Hales."

Halee

I sigh and pull back, "Fine."

Lucian

I swallow and look down, rubbing my wrist again.

Halee

I study him and watch him rub his wrist, "Dont do that."

Lucian

I glance up at her, "W-why not?"

Halee

I shrug, "It's destracting."

Lucian

I study her before resisting the urge to continue.

Halee

I sigh and cross my arms over my stomach, "I'm going to sleep."
