Finished, I head back down and take Jackie in my arms.

Jackie

I cuddle in his arms and keep my eyes closed.

Nic

I bury my face in her hair and tighten my grip, relaxing slightly.

Jackie

He buries his face in my hair and I swallow again.

Nic

I tighten my grip and sigh, "Relax. Try to get some rest. Okay?"

Jackie

I nod and keep my eyes closed.

Nic

I sigh and try to relax myself, clearing my mind.

Jackie

I fall asleep after a while, arms around my stomach.

Nic

She falls asleep and I follow suit soon after.

Rayah

I wake the next morning to Ella crying and groan, sitting up before walking to her.

I wake and yawn, surprised I don't have morning sickness.

Jace

I wake the next morning and feel slightly better, the doctor returning and checking over me.

The next morning, I wake with Jackie still in my arms. Yawning, I rest my forehead against hers and sigh.

Once settled, I have the babysitter babysit Ella and the twins, walking out and to the hospital.

The doctor leaves, telling me I should be okay for now, and I sigh, looking up at the ceiling.

I get to the hospital and check in, walking to Jace's room.
