I couldn't open my eyes, the lids too heavy to lift. It was morning already. Camp. Had to get out of bed.
But I didn't want to.
Tossing around some more, I tried to get comfortable. My alarm went off, the fifth time this morning, and I slammed my hand on my phone. It went silent. All I heard was the sound of birds chirping their beautiful melody.
Opening my eyes, I looked at the phone. Six AM. Time for my morning run. I hopped out of bed, trying to be quiet. I couldn't wake the other campers.

Just five minutes later I was ready. Heading out the door, I slid my headphones on and ran into the forest around us, engrossed in the green of the trees. It was warm, great weather to exercise.
