Awesome :D

Name: Achilles Terrance

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Godly Parent: Poseidon

Appearance: He has a head full of neatly combed, straight hair and pitch black eyes. He constantly wears a black t-shirt and jeans, despite his personality. He's a pretty tough looking guy, standing at about 5'11 ft, and skin a bit lighter than caramel.

Personality: He tries to get along with everyone, but is a bit picky with who he hangs out with. A bit serious when it come to being a half-blood, but still a pretty cheerful guy. His fatal flaw is that he is a bit too cocky. When he sees a challenge, he always thinks positive about it.

History: Raised by only his mother, who broke the news to him when he was 13, after he was attacked at the beach by some sea monsters. That same day, he found out he could breathe underwater. He's been going to camp ever since, only during he summer for his first two years, but now as a year-round student.

Power: Everything water. He especially likes to make swords and blades out of water.

Other: Just goes with the flow. What happens happens. He carries around a one foot dagger in a sheath on his belt.

Spoiler
Okay. This is starting. So sorry for the delay but my sister and I have been swamped when it comes to school lately and she just fell ill. Apologies again.

Alexi

Danielle makes her move, sliding her knight into action and taking out one of my pawns. Frowning, I glance up at the rest of the camp's activities from the porch of the Main House and think. My eyes set back on the chess set and I concentrate, bouncing my tiny leg up and down in restlessness.

"This is pointless," I whine, making the worst move possible on purpose.

Her rook comes and swallows up one of my bishops and a thin smile spreads across her face.

"Do I hear you giving up?" she asks.

I narrow my eyes at her and continue, using my knight to swallow her rook. A way to her king was paved before me.

Her face pales and her jaw sets.

"No," I say innocently, smiling.

As she contemplates her next move, I glance up and look around at the other campers and wonder how capture the flag will go tonight.

Gemini Randa - Combat Arena

Gemini dodged and weaved, she gave a sly smile to the Ares cabin as they surrounded her. Out numbering her five to one, Gemini was barely trying, she hadn't even drew her blade yet and the Ares already had her surrounded and not even a scratch had been done to her, the Ares were brute force, barely thought about there moves. Neither had Gemini, then again, she hadn't been trying to counter them.

"You guys done yet? I've grown bored of simply, dodging." Gemini said with disdain in her voice.

The Ares cabin growled, Gemini reached for her blade and they all came at her at once, Gemini leaped into the air and came down on a platform of spears the Ares cabin formed for her. Gemini used her free hand to adjust her summer jacket as she landed, looking around the cabin was stunned.

"You know, you guys need to start thinking more than just spearing and slashing, you guys can do better than this." Gemini said.

She whined back her foot, and kicked the first guy across the face, then Gemini fell though and landed on the ground, the Ares cabin backed up, and then charged right back in, Gemini grabbed the first guy and slammed the butt of her blade into his helmet, he went to the ground. Next the male Ares member roared defiance, and came at Gemini with a sword drawn. Gemini met him head on, with a series of slashes, and finally disarming him. He backed up to the three armed siblings he still had left.

"It's time to end this, the hour grows late." Gemini said.

Gemini sheathed her sword and black electricity zapped around Gemini, she held out one hand and aimed down her targets, and finally Zap! the three Ares members went down like sacks of potatos. Gemini shrugged and walked away. Not bothering with the one who was still conscious, Jason was at the exit waiting for her, leaning against the wall with his arms folded, he whistled.

"Not bad, even the Ares are no match for you." Jason said.

"These were new comers, the real challenge will be the senior counselors of the twelve cabins. And even then, I'll have plans to deal with each of them, one by one." Gemini said.

Achilles Terrance

I stepped out of the Poseidon cabin, noticing the sun already high in the sky. I must have overslept... again.

I yawned and made my way down to the Long Island Sound. Nothing better than the fresh sea breeze to wake you up. As I passed the climbing wall, I waved to a couple of other campers trying to get to the top.

Once I reached the beach, I took in a deep breathe and stared out into the ocean. Maybe I'd spend the rest of the day here.

You both can, but you must post your profiles in the DT instead of here. I also ask that you check with how many offspring there are for each godly parent, and that you don't pick one that has more than 2 already existing in the storybook. Thank you for the interest!

Violet | Long Island Sound

Violet grabbed the purple seashell and cradled it against her chest, a soft smile grazing her lips. This'll be a nice offering to Father, she thought happily. She pressed her legs against the soft sandy sea bottom and propelled herself upward, startling a few clown fish nearby. "Sorry, Nemos." She mouthed, then laughed, causing bubbles to fly out of her mouth.

Once she surfaced, Violet pulled her wet body out of the sea and glanced idly at her brother. "Hey, how's the heel?' She teased.

Achilles Terrance

I watched as bubbles gathered around the surface of the water, followed by a camper right after. It was my sister, Violet.

"Hey, how's the heel?" She asked.

My heel? I glanced down at it, but didn't notice anything strange. Was she trying to tell me something?

"Uh, fine, I guess. What's the seashell for?" I asked, noticing the purple object in her hand, "And I thought I told you to stop letting the water wet you. You're gonna catch a cold one of these days."

Violet

"The heel? Y'know, Achilles' heel?" Violet laughed awkwardly, wondering how a Greek demigod didn't know about one of the most famous Greeks of all time. "The shell is for Dad's shrine." She shook her head, spraying water everywhere. "How can I catch a cold, Achilles? I'm a child of Poseidon; the water doesn't affect me at all."

Achilles Terrance

That joke had gotten old fast. I'd even heard it before I knew I was a demigod, did I really have to put up with it after?
"Oh, ha ha. Very funny."
She shook her head and drops of water hit me. I brushed myself off and looked up at her.

"How can I catch a cold, Achilles? I'm a child of Poseidon; the water doesn't affect me at all." She said.

"The water isn't what gets you sick, Violet. Besides, we need you to at your best for capture the flag tonight. It's about time the Poseidon cabin looked like heroes." I told her.

Silvana Ardenos

"Gods, what did you guys do to yourselves now?"

A bunch of my cabin mates had come limping back from the training area, most of them looking like they'd been playing with live wires. Two of them stood in front of me, teetering a little, and the other three collapsed onto the floor of our cabin, leaving streaks of ash on the floor.

"Seriously, guys," I said, a little bored of their antics by now. "We don't have to be idiots, you know."

"You try fighting that Zeus chick, then..." one of them muttered--the guy lying face-down on the floor.

I just laughed at him. "How did all of you manage to get beat?" I laughed. "Did you take turns swinging at her?" The guy tried to answer, but it was muffled, and I just kept laughing.

"Guys, we've got capture the flag tonight," I reminded them. "If there's one day you absolutely shouldn't be hurting yourselves, it's today."

"Go get someone from Apollo cabin, huh?" one of the teetering ones muttered. He collapsed into my chair the moment I stood up.

"You guys owe me," I called as I walked out.

"Sure, Sivvy," someone muttered.

Cami

I was sitting in my cabin strumming away at the guitar. I heat a k ock at the door and walk over to it. "Oh hey Sivvy." I say smiling.

"Hey Cami, can I borrow you?" She asks.

"Sure, is there something wrong?" I ask.

"A bunch of my cabin mates had a brawl with that Zeus girl." She explains.

"Ah Gemini, yep she plays rough. I got you guys covered though." I say smiling. We walk over to their cabin and walk in the door. I grit my teeth at the sight of them. "Gosh you guys got beat up." I say.

"Clearly." Someone says. I roll my eyes, smiling and put my hand out. I close my eyes and take a deep breath in. When I breathe out, they are healed.

"Better?" I ask.

"So much better." They say.

"I am glad to help."

James

"Sloppy! Come at me again," my friend Reese shouted as we practiced swordplay.

"I've already tried three times," I said through gritted teeth. "I'm no good with my right hand! You know I'm left-handed!"

Reese gave me a condescending look. "I'm trying to help you out here. Whining isn't going to change anything."

"I'm not whining," I sighed, wiping the sweat off my forehead and brushing my hair out of my face. "I just don't see the point in putting my sword in my right hand and my shield in my left."

"Just do it. You'll be a better fighter if you're ambidextrous."

I rolled my eyes but crouched low to attack him again. I brought my sword above my head and charged but he easily blocked my attack. We pushed hard against each other for a minute, a stalemate. I noticed that he was leaning almost all of his weight on his left foot and quickly kicked him in the back of the shin, causing him to fall forward and hit the ground hard. I touched his back with the tip of my blade.

"You're a dirty cheater James," he muttered, a hint of amusement in his voice.

"I prefer to call it strategizing," I chuckled, helping him onto his feet. He gave me a small push and glared at me but I could tell he was struggling not to smile.

"You're getting better," he admitted. "For a pretty boy."

I rolled my eyes. Ah yes, all of Aphrodite's children where fragile little flowers. Everyone else seemed to assume that we were attractive but defenseless, when in reality we were just as strong as any other demi-god. Reese, a son of Ares, was always cocky and competitive, always teasing me about being soft or weak.

"Shut up, you're just mad I beat you," I laughed. "The same way my cabin will beat yours at capture-the-flag tonight!"
I will review for you! PM about it if you need one!
