Nic

I create a light shield around him, bend it into a bubble-like shape, and lift it off the ground towards me. Who cares who sees? I'll have to leave soon anyway... Once he's close enough, I drop the shield and catch him.

"Again!" he cheers, giggling as he looks at me.

Jackie

My face palens and Rayah claps, "What..." I murmer, holding Ray close.

Nic

I glance at the two, "It's just light manipulation. Sorry."

Jackie

I nod slowly and turn foward, sighing as I sip another drink.

Nic

I study her before looking back at Jace as he resumes eating.

Who Veleta is will be explained either though Chat or in later chapters, it depends on what comes first. Likely chat.

Veleta

I walk wearly though the open field tired and weak I could barely walk straight. Memories of my past are foggy and uncertain, voices of people who I've never met call out to me, but its distant, monster like roars and screeches seem so close, yet no monsters attack. I open the door and walked into the building and sit in the seat closest to me.

I look around steadily seeing two men, and two women look at me. I must've seem more tired than I felt, I put my head down into my arms, just trying to recooperate.

"Hello miss? Are you okay?" I heard.

"I'm not really." I said.

Jackie

I look at the new girl and I frown, "Hello miss? Are you okay?"

"I'm not really," She replies, looking like she's about to faint.

Not knowing what to do, I use telekenisis to keep her up, "Have some water or something."

Nic

I study the girl before looking back at Jace and making sure he won't fall again.

Veleta

A large cup of glass floats over to me, I grab it, I'm hesatitant for a second but down it drinking it all in a single drink. I slam the cup down with a small part of my strenght restored, it wasn't as good as the lightning I like to absorbed, that gave me some real energy.

"Do you have a cell phone or something on you?" I ask.

"Yes, why?" She asks.

"I like to see it if you don't mind." I said.

She hesatantitly pulls out her phone and hands it to me, the moment it lands in my hands I started draining the battery to it. Quickly eating it up and feeling much better. I hand her, her phone back with a smile.

"Thank you, but you'll need to recharge it." I said.

Jackie

What the...?

My phone somehow dead, I hesitantly set it on the counter, "Okay then..."

Nic

Jace finishes his food and I wipe his face off again, glancing back at the girl once more before looking away.

Veleta

"I'm sorry, I am Veleta of the 12th Legion of Camp Jupitor." I said.

I pulled my two long Imperial Gold swords from my back and stab them into the table, I could feel my Black Lightning surging around inside of my body. I was powerful, I could feel it.

"Daughter of Jupitor, at your services." I said smiling.

Jackie

I nod, Rayah jumping off my lap and waddling towards the swords, "Prwetty."

I watch her but don't stop her, tired and exausted. Just let her learn her lesson...

Nic

Instincts take over and I turn around, pulling Rayah back by her arm, "Don't touch those."

I swallow and apologize to Jackie, letting Rayah go and hoping she'll listen.

Veleta

"Veleta let me out now!" A voice in my head roared with anger.

I cringe at the voice, it was as bad as a headache. If not more so, I put my hand to my temple, I grab the Blades of Exile and put them safely on my back away from the child.

"You alright?" The girl asks.

"I'm fine, I never got your name?" I said quickly changing the subject.
