The Cursed

Plot-

The Greek Deities were once the all-powerful rulers of Ancient Greece who couldn’t be killed in any physical way possible.
But they could be killed.
When the Titans were first caged in Tarturus they put a curse of the gods that would eventually lead to their downfall.
- When people stopped believing in the gods then the gods would cease to exist.

Zeus learned of this curse and fought to stop it from happening but only managed to create a loophole.
- In order to stop the original curse he had to make his own.
So it became when people stopped believing in the gods they would fall to Earth and become reincarnated as humans with limited powers and knowledge beyond their years.
They would remember but that wasn’t it.
There was no guarantee that they would be together and it wasn’t likely that they would even remember each other.
It was also decreed that when they fell half of their ‘Aura’ or Soul would find its way to another person (it could even be another now- mortal-god or goddess…) and if they were to find this person then they wold be revered to their heavenly state, free to do as they liked, without the worry of another curse.
But it wouldn’t be easy. Because there are creatures in the way determined to stop them.
They’ll stop at nothing to defeat the mortal made gods, so watch out.

Appearance: Tall and slender build, with long legs. She is very fair ad has silvery blue eyes. Her hair is light blonde and very long and curly. She pulls her hair into a ponytail when she runs. Usually wears either shorts and a tank top or a short, light dress.

Personality: Artemis is beautiful but very sarcastic. She has made a few very close friends while on Earth and prefers it that way. She is extremely competitive and excels at sports, but she's a very sore loser and has a terrible temper. She often comes off as cocky or smug. She is actually very intelligent, and tends to surprise people.

Short bio: Phoebe adjusted to life on Earth very quickly after she landed a year ago. She got a job as a waitress at a local restaurant and she's going to a university to work in sports medicine. She runs track at the university as well. She lives with her friend Michelle in a small apartment just outside of the university's campus. The two occasionally go to the club Michelle works at on the weekends, where Phoebe gets asked out often, but she always turns them down.

Appearance: Tall and skinny. Her skin is perfect and seems to glow if you look at it at just the right angle. She has long, wavy dirty blonde hair and grey eyes. She wears dresses and fancy shirt/skirt combinations. There is never a time where you don't see her in high heels.

Personality: She's energetic and happy. She is very popular on earth because of her ability to "magically" hook up her friends with the perfect boyfriend/girlfriend. She knows who everyone is dating and makes it her job to keep them together or break them apart.

Short Bio: She landed on earth and was taken in by a foster family. She attends high school and is in her senior year. She works part time at a cosmetics stand in the mall. Making friends was easy for her and she quickly became the most popular girl at her high school. Her best friends include Marcy Donovan, the head cheerleader, and Haley Schmucker, senior class president.

Personality: She is very smart and creative. She likes to see things in a different way, a more beautiful way. She likes to picture life in a good way. She is good at backing things up. She will always have a reason for telling you something.
Short Bio: She has gotten a full ride to collage because of her intelligence. In high school she was class president. She was on the debate team, in the drama club and the fencing team.

Appearance: Obviously, Blair has fiery red hair that is curly and pretty wild. It falls just past her waist. She usually wears it out and natural, for no amount of product can contain it, nor can a mundane hair tie restrain it. Her eyes are a shade of brown that almost looks to be amber. When in the presence of fire have almost a glowing quality. Blaire is relatively tall and quite graceful. She is skinny, but not without absence of curves. Usually she wears a black tank top (with a hoodie if necessary), with jeans or jean shorts, and black Converse high tops.

Personality: Of course, with the influence of fire, Blaire has a nasty temper. And it doesn't take much to set her off. But otherwise she's relatively calm, but with nervous hands. She often feels a need to do something with them.

Short Bio: As a child, Blaire accidentally killed her parents with a candle and her powers. She was thrust into the system but ran away when she was 12. Since then, she's stayed under the radar, working under the table at a scuzzy bar in the city to get by. And in Blaire's case get by is have enough money for a bit of food. When her physically abusive boss decides not to pay her she has to resort to stealing food or eating from the small stash she carries with her from squat to squat.

Personality:very isolate but can have a temper from hell at times and she's gotten quiet bad girl like and aggresive
Short Bio:parents died when they touched her and so was raised in orphanage but left at 13 and ran aaround with a bad crowd for awhile till she killed their leader now runs solo

Appearance: Arles is scarred from the lower left side of his face down. He has a limp too. He's very pale, but his scar gives the effected skin a mottled look. He's broad, muscular, and of average height. He has blonde hair and grey eyes. He's normally in a pair of jeans and a grease stained t-shirt. He wears a thin gold chain under his shirt at all times.

Personality: Arles doesn't want any trouble. He's just trying to get through life as well as he can with his scars. Don't wrong him, for he will seek for revenge as patiently as he needs to. He has a very long memory. He's very intelligent but awkward with his words. Since he can't charm anyone with appearance or words and can't win in a test of strength because of his limp, Arles is very clever when trying to find vengeance, his idea of justice, or overcome a foe. This hasn't happened often since high school. He has a sarcastic, biting sense of humor when he can find the words to express it.

Short Bio: When Arles was six he was at home alone when his house caught fire. He was saved, but scarred forever. His parents were horrified with his appearance and basically turned him out, sending him to live with his grandparents. He was a loner in his school years. He has always been good with metals and runs a wildly successful mechanic shop, using his power when it would make a fix simpler. He runs a side business of making things out of metal if people ask.

Other: The necklace is a cursed necklace Hephaestus is said to have made in Greek mythology for Harmonia which dooms Harmonia's descendants to ill fortune.

Name: Gabriel Fowler

Appearance: He has black hair, aqua blue eyes and pale skin. He usually dresses in baggy pants, worn down sneakers and a t-shirt with some wisecrack line.He often wears a necklace with a huge tooth on it.

Personality: A little edgy, doesn't really trust anyone. He often gets anxious and scared. He keeps to himself and tries not to stand out. He has an anger problem anything can tick him off.

Short Bio: As long as he can remember he could see ghosts. When he was younger he didn't really think about it he thought of them as friends, his parents of course only thought it was his imagination. As he got older the ghosts got scarier, more blood than anything else. Often he tried to tell his parents but they didn't believe him. He started waking up in the middle of the night screaming, acting up in school and just kept to himself. Things started to get so bad he was sent too a "special" school with "special" children but he just calls it The Nuthouse. He knows he doesn't belong there, still there is no denying that he actually is special.

Appearance: Light blond, thick, straigh hair in a stylish mess. Blue eyes. Pale skin. Often wears simple clothes, like jeans and t-shirt. Light, athletic build, tall. Tends to look a bit distracted/lost in thoughts. Looks good, a cute/handsome mix. Has beautiful hands. The most characteristic thing about him is his smile, which is infectious, although he rarely shows it.

Personality: He's a bit shy, and avoids eye contact. Thinks too much about everything, especially what others think about him. Despite being shy he likes helping people and because he's so kind he has many friends.

Short Bio: When he fell to earth he was just a little boy, and was adopted by a nice woman. Unfortunately his adoptive mother didn't believe his stories of the time that he was a god, and Eric managed to convince himself that it had all been a dream. He therefore doesn't know that he's a god. He recently moved to a small apartment, since he couldn't get along with his mother's new boyfriend. He played in his high school soccer team and received a scholarship, but decided to wait a couple of years before moving on to college. Is currently training a soccer team for kids and working at a diner. Wants to become a teacher or doctor in the future.
