Yeah. That's my dad. My mom is somewhat supportive. My dad flipped out at me one time saying that I can't get a scholarship if I spend all my time on the computer. Of which I wanted to respond saying "No, but I can get one for writing, which is what I do on here anyways... So, what were you saying again?"
I'm never what I like I'm double sided And I just can't hide I kind of like it When I make you cry 'Cause I'm twisted up, twisted up Inside
When my dad flips out, my mom is the supportive one. One time, I spilled popcorn all over the couch and my dad freaked and yelled at me- grounded me for three days - and my mom told him to calm down and she told him it wasn't my fault.
Too bad it's my mom that always flips out.

Yeah. It's usually my dad that flips out. My mom stays out of most things. When she flips out, she usually comes back later and apologizes or tries to justify herself in a calmer manner than freaking out.

My dad comes back and apologizes too. And...One time, I wasn't playing my hardest in basketball - I think I told you about that- and he took away all electronics. Including T.V.
So...He came back later like three hours later, and started apologizing and explaining that I did wasn't acceptable. Then he'd give it back once I agree with him.
Works every time. : P
