Legendary heroes in training and Villains on probation-OPEN

You are the chosen one. The one to fulfill the ancient prophecy and finally bring peace to the land of Alacander! Or are you? In the realm of Cliché, nothing is as it seems. Great heroes are not born, they are created. But when you’re in the middle of a hero shortage, what’s realm to do? Make ‘em yourself! Here in the great land of Cliché, all the roads from small villages (The best place to find a Hero.) lead to the slightly bigger village of RPG. Why? Because RPG is a training simulation to get youngsters ready for the big bad world! They don’t know that of course (wouldn’t want them to go out there without any confidence) but it’s a good way to whip them into shape without risking them dying!

HISTORY:

Many years ago, humans appeared in our fine realm, and the “good” Kingdoms of Elves and Fairies saw their worth (read: usefulness) they helped the humans prosper and grow allowing them to take over most of the realm. The humans don’t realize that pretty and helpful doesn’t necessarily mean good and kind though. Unfortunately for the Elves and Fae, their ‘evil’ neighbors “Demons” (Fire elementals) and Sirens (Water elementals) aren’t so keen about being driven into extinction. Occasionally, rather than killed, these so called Villains are put in prison rather than killed. After a certain amount of time, these criminals are put on probation and serve as training dummies for these would-be heroes.

Will the heroes go on to destroy the Demons and Sirens? Or will they find out about the conspiracy and right the wrongs that have been done? Will the Probation officers see the error in their ways? Will the villains ban together and kill everyone? It’s up to you!

Name: Vayne Inferno

Age: Appears to be 16 but is really a little over 200

Personality: Vayne is a king in his kingdom, born from the previous king of fire and a succubus. He has great pride and tends to command those around him with a raging anger, he can be rebellious but surprisingly warm and caring to those around him. Vayne is smart and clever and will do anything to return to the realm of fire in which he was born and raised in, to once more reclaim his throne.

History: Growing up, Vayne was a young prince of fire in which any demon wished and hoped to gain his favor. Just before his capture his father had faded away after nearly six millennial had gone by under his fathers rule, Vayne had ascended to the throne and ruled the same way his father had before him. His subjects before him were grateful for that, it wasn't long before a hero had arrived on the scene and unfairly accused Vayne of his father's deed. Vayne wasn't given the chance to explain his father had passed and was wrongly put in prison because of this.

Skills/strengths: Vayne is good with a sword, he kept one at his side before he fell from the throne. He has control over fire and uses it sparingly, because he once burned himself with it before he became immune to it. But he will make use of it as he needs it.

Flaws/weaknesses: he usually turns away from a fight, but will fight if taunted or hurt his pride any further than what has already suffered though.

Class: Fire mage
Age: Appears 16, is actually a little over two centuries old.

Appearance: Has very graceful (According to her) pointed, goat like horns. A long tail, with the classic heart shaped tip.

Personality: As typical as it sounds, Tandie is like a fire. Wild and passionate with a temper to match, it can be hard containing her. She is indifferent to anyone whose loyalty doesn’t fall under Aodh. Tandie is very patriotic in the sense that she is proud of her “demon” heritage. Refer to them as anything other than Fire Elementals and she’ll flip. Miss. Atash doesn’t mind Sirens, since they’re fighting for the same reason. She can be very spiteful, almost like a cranky old woman (which she is-in a way.) Tandie has a finely honed bull crap detector. You’d have to get up pretty early to trick her, mostly because she’s suspicious of everyone. Likes her time off of playing “villain”, sometimes relaxes with a nice smoke and glass of scotch.

History: A daughter of a once Demon lord, her father was slain by a “Hero” leading her to have a great hate for the so called good guys. Inheritance and family in ruins, Tandie set off for revenge. She trained under her Aunt, a notoriously famous “Villain” and fire mage. Time works differently for Demons however, by the time Tandie finished her training the Hero was long gone. So she went after his also Hero great grandson. Classic Romeo and Juliet story. Only when he found out Tandie was a Demon, she got thrown in the slammer. Stupid humans. A century later, after sitting in a cell, she’s out on probation .And man, does she need a smoke, a drink, and a new guy.

Skills/strengths: Fire magic, Has a pretty sweet left hook, and can spot a lie a mile away.

Flaws/weaknesses: Not very likable or sociable, tends to get herself in trouble, speaks before she thinks. Get's into fights way to easily on the slightest provaction.
