Appearance: Sunny stands at five feet six inches, and has a trim, athletic build. She has golden blonde hair, usually in a ponytail, and bright green eyes. Her skin is a healthy shade of tan, and she has a few freckles on her nose and cheeks. She usually wears tees or tank tops, with her favorite denim shorts.
Personality: Sunny is enthusiastic and a little bit reckless. She'll try almost anything, and it's impossible to suppress her curiosity. She loves sports, particularly distance running and martial arts, and she never backs down from a challenge. She's good at making connections and solving problems, and toward the end of high school, she became interested in archeology and history. She speaks her mind, and she's not afraid to approach people, even complete strangers.
Life/History: Sunny lived in Washington, DC, for her entire childhood. She was the star of her school's cross country team, but outside of that, she was kind of a nerd. After finishing high school, she left the US for Cambridge, where she studied archeology and ancient history. After her first year of college, she got an internship with one of the university's researchers, exploring a 500-year-old shipwreck off the coast of the Philippines (see other profile). While she was underwater, a heavy door closed behind her and trapped her inside the ship. She tried to dislodge the door with her oxygen tank, but the tank started leaking. She drowned shortly afterward.

Name: Ferdinand Magellan
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Gift: Mind reading/telepathy. He's learned to control his gift enough to extend it to very limited mind control and memory snatching (on good days).
How they died: Killed by a mob of natives. More detail to come.
Appearance: Ferdinand is exactly six feet tall, with a trim build. He has black hair, cropped short. His eyes are dark brown, and he has very pale skin. He typically wears Renaissance-era clothes, but he'll sometimes wear much more modern combat boots, mostly hidden by his pants. He has perfect posture, and is often very hard to read.
Personality: Although Ferdinand is quiet, he's a natural leader. It's very hard to scare or shock him, and he always reacts well in a crisis. He's smart, and he has a love of learning and knowledge that has served him well. He's an eloquent speaker, but he sometimes finds it difficult to interact with the "younger" ghosts, because of the time period difference. In addition to five other languages, he knows basic modern English, but is easily confused by 21st century slang.
Life/History: Ferdinand had a relatively charmed childhood. Although he came from a rich family, he was basically unknown until his ill-fated voyage around the world. 490-some years as a ghost has tempered his personality, but as a young explorer, he was quite reckless. On the second half of his voyage, he stopped at a Pacific island to work on ship repairs. The natives weren't happy, and unfortunately for him, he overstayed his welcome. The massacre that followed ended in the loss of three ships and half his crew. Ferdinand was crushed by the falling mast of his own ship as he tried to help his officers escape.
