Appearance: Light brown, almost grayish, hair that is cut short on the sides but long in the front. His bangs hang in front of his eyes, which are a ocean greenish-blue depending on his mood. He stands at average height and weight, but with a slim yet muscular build. His skin is a bronze tone, showing how much of the ocean he's seen over the years, and he wears clothes to show off how great he knows he looks. His normal wear is a sleveless black t-shirt with the My Chemical Romance emblem across the front, dark jeans and sandals. He has a tattoo of a wave on his upper right arm and a few faded scars along his left forearm.
Personality: Cam is the literal defintion of a bad boy. He listens to no one and plays by his own rules. Nothing confines him but his groupies, who keep him who he is at all times. He comes off as a jerk half the time, but is soft and gooey on the inside if someone is caring enough to crack him. Few people catch his eye, but he's loyal and protective of those he does take in. He treats his groupies like crap, but they don't treat him any better and he feels that's the only way his voice will be heard. He's disrespectful to his elders and causes trouble around those in his way. He often self-destructs, or involves himself in a situation that backlashes. He's sadistic and has an addiction to trouble. He also has a knack for swiping things, so he always gets what he wants one way or another. He's not a violent person, but will play the part if pushed. He's also hotheaded followed by a humongous temper.
History: By the time his father claimed him, he'd already been a frequent visitor of the juvenile detention center in his hometown for robbery and several accounts of battery of fellow students. Upon arriving at Olympus, he immediately began building his reputation as the school bully and the most rebellious of them all. He gained groupies, who were more afraid of him than alike him, but never anyone close enough to make a difference in his life. He wasn't ever allowed back in the mortal world, his mortal family having disowned him, so his reputation is all he has.
Powers: Extreme water manipulation and the ability to create oceanic storms without needing a body of water to do so. He can also absorb the water vapor in the air around them and use it as a separate energy source, able to use that to suffice him of all necesities.
Other: He carries a set of daggers, one hidden at his ankle and the other strapped under his shirt. He prefers to use his power for havoc though.
