Jace

I smile at her and freeze, letting her do what she wants. We'll be stuck here forever if this doesn't stop soon. Not that it's a bad thing...

Rayah

Realizing it's morning, I pull back and look at him, "Should we get breakfast?"

Jace

Oh god no, come back here.

"Yeah, probably," I flash a smile, "Want me to make you something?"

Rayah

I nod, laying back and taking a deep breath, "Um...Do you have toast?" I ask.

Jace

I flash a smile and sit up, nodding, "I can make it, yeah. No eggs or bacon?"

Rayah

I shake my head, "Nah. I don't want to eat too much," I say, glancing down at my stomach.

Jace

I nod and kiss her forehead, heading out into the kitchen to make her food. Alyx comes out and sits on one of the corners.

"You two...are disgusting," he says, "Seriously."

I smile and shake my head at him.

"But make me breakfast, please," he says, "I don't know how to turn on the stovey-thingy."

Rayah

I hear something crash outside and then remember. My car...! I jump up and run past the kitchen, speeding outside. It's in the lake...

My face goes pale and I remember Cupid was driving it. I start freaking out before seeing him. His eyes widen and he swallows. "I. Am. Going. To. Kill. You," I mutter, my eyes turning red.

Jace

Rayah runs outside and I finish up all our breakfasts, setting each on a plate and shooing Alyx away with his before running out after her.

Rayah

Jace runs out and I try to control myself, my hand turning to fire, "I swear, Cupid, I will burn you to ashes," I threaten. He backs up slowly and I take a deep breath, it not helping my anger at all.

Jace

I curse mentally and wrap my arms around her from behind, kissing her neck, "What's wr - "

I see her car in the lake and nod slowly. She's so going to kill that kid.

"Ray, calm down," I whisper in her ear, "Too much stress will hurt the babies."

Rayah

I nod slowly, the flames dissapearing and look at Cupid, taking a deep breath but still amazingly pissed off, "You're getting me a new car," I order. He nods and runs off, my eyes turning back to green as I watch the car sink. "I was about to murder him.." I mutter, shaking my head.

Jace

I sigh of relief when Rayah calms down and kiss the side of her face, "It's alright. Accidents happen. It's over now. There's nothing you can do."

I set a hand on her stomach.

"Breakfast is ready."

Rayah

I nod and take a deep breath, taking his hand and walking inside, the stress coming back from earlier.

Jace

I sigh, knowing I'll have to find a way to get her to relax, and hand her plate of food over, taking mine and leading her back into the room so Alyx couldn't disturb us until she's fully back to normal.
