We walk to the Inn I am staying in and go to Jason's room. We watch him and slowly wake him up. “How did I get here?” He asks.

He looks at all of us in confusion. He looks down the line from his wife, to Alex and to me. “Thank you so much for keeping him alive.” I say. “I can never repay you for this.” I say. I put my arms around Alex and lat on his soulder.

Taylor thanks Jason and wraps her arms around me, setting her head on my shoulder. I flash a smile and wrap my arms back around her, kissing the top of her head. A faint whisper triggers in the form of a memory.

'I love you...'

I smile again, unable to look away from Taylor at that.

I love you too, Tay.

Alex's girl thanks me and I flash a smile, nodding. I yawn and look at Gemini, every part of my like putty.

"Hey, he's my brother. Can't let him die that easy."

I shrug, moving to where Gem is closest to the bed and laying my head by her hands. I just want to be close, my eyes closing.

Alex keeps looking at me and smiling. I am not sure why, but I like it. I see Jason's eyes begin to close as he lays on his wife's hand. I look to his wife. “Thank you to.” I say to her. “I better get going. I do not want to be a bother.” I look over to Alex. “I will meet you later if you want to wait to talk to him.” I say to him.

"I'm guessing you want to talk to your brother?" I ask.

He nods and I soon stand up and leave the room with Alex's girlfriend, I close the door behind me as I could tell they needed some time together. I lean on the wall next to the door as Taylor stands next to the door, watching me.

"I'm letting them talk together." I said.

I flash a grateful smile at Jason's wife, who's name I'd never gotten, and wait until she and Taylor leave the room to walk towards my brother. He opens his eyes and attempts to sit up, exhausted. I sit on the edge of the bed and help him stay up, not saying anything yet.

"Whatever you do, I don't want to hear about mom or what I did for her," he mumbles, his eyes half closed, "I'm nearly asleep and I don't trust the sensitivity of what I might say."

"I just want to know one thing, Jay," I whisper.

He sighs and looks at me, his eyes bloodshot from the fatigue of saving me.

"No," he says, "I know what you're going to ask. No. She was out of my reach when it happened. If saving you took this much from me, imagine how much it would have taken from me if I tried to do her. You would have lost the both of us, Alex. I couldn't have taken it."

I nod and look down, running a hand through my hair.

"And, no... Apollo is not your father. We're not the same. You're the lucky one."

I lean up against the wall and wait for Alex to come out. I look down at my shoes, hoping that everything will go okay. The door opens and I lift my head up. Jason's wife. “I am letting them talk together.” She says.

“How are you not exhausted like Jason is?” I ask her.

"I'm much more conservative than Jason, need to be if I want to survive the next few eons. Besides all I really had to do was put up an eletric barrior, let the bullets go right into it and then reverse the pullarity and fire them back as fast as they came. Jason has to use up a lot of energy unlike me where's I draw energy from my natual surrounds." I said.

I nod and look back at him, finding that he's fallen asleep sitting up. Flashing a smile, I shake my head and lay him down. I cover him up and slip his shoes off before heading back out. Taylor and Jason's wife are waiting there, conversing.

"He, uh, passed out," I report, "Is it alright if I come back later? I have a few other things I'd like to talk to him about."

"Sure, I'll watch after him. You two love birds go grab yourselves a room." I said.

I walk into the room and close the door as I get my jacket and shoes off as I soon lay next to him in bed as he sleeps. I kiss his cheek and then soon fall asleep myself.

I nod, not really sure how I am suppose to react. I am really confused is all I really know. I slide down on the wall to sit on the ground and lean my head against the wall. I do not know weather to be terrified or relaxed. The only thing right now that matters is that Alex is safe. I try to shake the other thoughts out of my head.

I thank his wife again and sit beside Taylor against the wall, slinging an arm around her shoulder and twining a hand with hers.

"You okay?" I whisper, "What's wrong?"

The door opens and Alex comes out. He slides down on the wall and sits with me. He wraps his arm around me and twines my hand with his.

“Whats wrong?” He asks.

“Today has been a long day. I am just a little shaken up.” I say reassuring him.

I nod and kiss the side of her face, sighing, "Let's say we get out of here. I'm tired and, you're right, it has been a long day."

I nod and get up off the ground. I have not even realized how tired I was. I hold Alex's hand as walk outside. I walk to our secret place and go inside.

I smile when we reach our secret place. Taking a deep breath, I lock the door behind us and plop on the couch, patting the side next to me for her to join me. Once she does, I drape the blanket over us and hold her close, kissing her forehead.

"We are the luckiest people I know," I whisper with a smile.
