Appearance: Has silver hair with almost pure white eyes, there is a hint of black in them, she wears pure white jeans and a pure white leather jacket with a black shirt underneath. And like her brother she has a pattern in her eyes as well, they come with the powers. Spoiler

Personality: White Flame is mean like her brother, not fully caring for what he does to the world. Being rather crude to what happens she can be an ally who doesn't listen orders and prefers to work on her own most of the time. Close range combat is almost useless against her, for shes like a female version of her brother. Except only long range combat will bring her down and even then its near impossible. She has a sibling rivalry with her brother, but when push comes to shove and one needs the help of the other they will come to each others aid.
History: White Flame is the younger sister to her brother Black Flame, she doesn't care for what he does to the world, but her objective is to fight and defeat her brother in battle. She won't allow anyone else to defeat him besides her, they have fought many times before even after there powers surfaced. After Black Flame had left to destroy the world, she soon followed after him wanting to be there for him. But each time they clash in battle normally destroying the entire city with them, and its only bound to happen once more. Only this time Sones City is next to be destroyed and, The Guardian Initiative is right in the middle of there rivalry.
Power: White Fire: Like her brother this has no backlash to her since this is her main power that she named herself after.
Telekinesis: Unlike her brother doesn't have super speed, mater of fact that's much different she can move things around with her mind as she thinks about it. The big backlash to this is it gives her a major migrance from using it to much and can render her almost useless in battle if this happens.
Devils Absolve: A counter power to her brothers and an advanced version of Devils Blessing. Not only does it allow her to weaken her brothers powers, but she can turn his black fire into white fire and heal herself though it.
Others:She has a sword that she wields to match her brother, needing it when she goes in for close combat against him. Spoiler
