Introductions? I'll do much more than that. He is my character. But I won't start anything, don't worry. I'll just set his personality and emphasize the control he has over everything. He does know of the rebels, correct?
Pix, we need to talk about my character's sphere of control.

-knows about rebels
-Your character controls the seas, earth, and the streets.
- and yes I already PMed you about that.

I think that covers it.
All you need is faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie-dust!

Lol okies. One thing, is the government more communist-oriented or monarchical? Also, is the currency electronic? That's what I would do if I were "The One"
And by 'control', you mean magically, yes?

Good. *goes to edit*

Monarchical: he's the supreme ruler, as king, and governs through a feudal system, or, which is what I prefer, given the situation:
A communist goverment, where all property is state property, and this, of course, extends to currency, houses, and everything.

Also, am I allowed to create the magic system for this?

Okies. But might not creating a more in-depth profile be more rewarding and limit possible godmodding?
