Mark

I kiss her cheek and head back to my room, wondering why I'm feeling so...uncomfortable with what just happened. We could talk about that stuff, right? I mean... It's not too soon...

Selena

I watch him leave before running a hand through my hair, deciding to get drunk again.

Mark

I close my door behind me but don't lock it, doing what I said I do and laying down.

Selena

I take a couple more drinks before unsteadily standing and stumbling back up to my room.

Mark

I close my eyes but can't sleep, stuck on the unanswered questions swirling in my head.

Selena

I get to my room and don't lock the door, laying down to calm myself.

Mark

Groaning, I stand and walk to Selena's room, hoping she'd be up by now. I knock on the door and tell her it's me, waiting for a response.

Selena

I sigh before standing and stumbling to the door, opening it, "H-Hey."

Mark

I study her, obviously seeing she's drunk, and guide her back into the room before closing and locking the door behind me, "You okay?"

Selena

I sway a little, nodding, "Hm?" I slur, humming a song.

Mark

I flash a smile at her before leading her to the couch, "How much did you drink, Sel?"

Selena

"Uhm..." I slur, blinking a little as he leads me there, "A couple drinks...I think."

Mark

I sit beside her and place her on my lap, "Just sit back and relax, baby."

Selena

I nod and close my eyes, my head spinning.

Mark

I kiss her temple and watch her closely, thinking this might be a good time to get some answers out of her, "Hey, Sel, I'm going to ask you a few questions, alright?"
